EBC SPRING 2013 RECOMP!
This might be my favorite because it's a recomp and its the quickest way to actually look bigger and better and maybe lose weight! Goal here is pretty simple, get bigger in the right places and smaller in the wrong places, that's recomp...moving around weight essentially. 2 inches wider at the shoulders, popped the lats and dropped 2 belt sizes with bigger legs, you have a nice chance of placing.
While it will not be a rule, you will do yourself a big favor to use the same background and lighting in before and after poses. Judges can dock you points if its hard to get good read on the differences.
DO NOT PM ME asking for special considerations as to entry times close deadlines etc. We all have problems and the rules are very simple with plenty of warning. You make the cut or you don't we're all grown ups! Pic requests are specific and simple, get them right or you don't play.
All contestants will be judged by a judges panel and all prizes will be coordinated and awarded by an outside panel no affiliated with Eroids or Eroids members including staff, managment or owner. Distribution is then the sole responsibility of the source sponsor directly to participant.

haha yeah I went straight from pictures to chinese buffet lol ate so much i was looking forward to getting back on my diet the next day!! Enjoy the food boss, but this ebc was a blast. Although not drinking water fuckin sucked lol
I hear ya on the water, today it seems no matter how much or what i drink, my mouth is dry and I am thirsty again within 5 minutes.

Congrats to all. This competition took me to a different level of training. I hit pr's in all of my big lifts. I'm happy with the progress I have made but I'm certainly not satisfied. I struggled at times as I'm sure many of you did but I was committed to finishing what I started. I've always had respect for bodybuilders but experiencing a small taste of their lifestyle was one of the more mentally and physically challenging things i've done. I tip my hat to all who took part.

i wish i had pulled my head out of my ass and not slacked off my diet these last two weeks..im an upbeat person but when a game changer like a pec tear occurs..idk man its tough.
All that matters is you finished what you started. I can definitely see the changes you made. You should be proud man. Focus on getting healed up so you can come back and kick some ass in a future ebc !!

Doritos and dip... stella... white baguette sarnie w/ ham, turkey, salami, pepperoni, chorizo, mayo, cheddar, edam, lettuce tomato, chips, crisps, champagne/oj... whole eggs, bacon, toast w/pb....camembert cheese w/ fresh baguette and turkey.... more champagne...salted mixed nuts 500g down the neck w/o a problem... more champagne to wash the throat.... one pound ribeye....onions in real butter....homemade ravioli w/ beef and cheese....vodka and dc..... nachos in the oven with beef chilli, cheddar, jalepenos, tomatos, lettuce sour cream, quac..... and, of course, more champagne! My stomach is doing summersaults (sp) with joy!!!!!!!

Be careful Bro, there was a lot of talk about rebound at the end of the last EBC. You can get swoled up and cause Edema. Take care in your celebrations.
shirlsguyOh, I have tons of mackerel, tuna and salmon along with chicken and rice as well as a contract with the butcher. I still have three inches to lose in the gut, I will be back on track on Monday.... guaranteed!
good stuff, i got right back on track this morning, hit some chest/bis with a little cardio, diet was back on point, PCT starts tomorrow and I plan on having a killer PCT.
I'm half way through a back and bis workout. Had to take a break to drop a dump. That 1lb chili and cheese burger pre workout is working me over!
