"My goal is do put on 15-30lbs of lean mass with a high volume of vascularity. Whatch out fellas !!" = this was my goal before the comp started....

Now This is where I am at now !!!!! I started off at 177-180lbs and I am at 205 now I gained over 20 lbs of pretty lean mass! I had so much fun during this comp I must say I am in the best shape of my life right now. My diet was not perfect but I damn sure did my best. I sprained my ankle 3 weeks ago was on crutchs for a week and was still in the gym crutching around the gym bc I had a goal I had to meet. The only problem with my sprain is that it effected my legs big time but I made due the best I could. I must say I never had to pose before and it is a lot harder then it looks my lat spread suck my most muscular pose sucks lol but I waited last min without learning how to pose correctly but I did my best. It was hard taking this pic by my self i had no one to help me which really sucked.I through in the locker pic from a couple days ago so I could give the judges a pic with some better lighting then my bathroom lol it was the the 8th of this month by the way. Well its been so much fun!! everyone at eroids completly kiiillled iitt!!!!!!!! big shout out to everyone in the comp, everyone did an awesome job!!! well here are my pic everyone !!!
