EBC SPRING 2013 RECOMP!
This might be my favorite because it's a recomp and its the quickest way to actually look bigger and better and maybe lose weight! Goal here is pretty simple, get bigger in the right places and smaller in the wrong places, that's recomp...moving around weight essentially. 2 inches wider at the shoulders, popped the lats and dropped 2 belt sizes with bigger legs, you have a nice chance of placing.
While it will not be a rule, you will do yourself a big favor to use the same background and lighting in before and after poses. Judges can dock you points if its hard to get good read on the differences.
DO NOT PM ME asking for special considerations as to entry times close deadlines etc. We all have problems and the rules are very simple with plenty of warning. You make the cut or you don't we're all grown ups! Pic requests are specific and simple, get them right or you don't play.
All contestants will be judged by a judges panel and all prizes will be coordinated and awarded by an outside panel no affiliated with Eroids or Eroids members including staff, managment or owner. Distribution is then the sole responsibility of the source sponsor directly to participant.

angusI'll post all of them tomorrow. I'm having a slight problem with cramping, it's hard to hold the slightest flex becuase I cramp so badly. A lot of the guys refrain from water but I have prescription diuretics and I think they're taking too much water out. Or perhaps they are stripping me of essential vitamins. Still trying to figure it out.
Well this may sound stupid and you already know, but have you upped your potassium?? I know that i was told to get a potassium sparing diuretic and to load up on my potassium for that very reason and i was good to go. You may already have that covered, but just wanted to throw it out there. Good luck bro, you killed it! Cant wait to see everyones end results!

Just don't go overboard and create too much of an imbalance...can cause some heart issues...some taurine could help too
angusGot the taurine, and it didn't help. Maybe the two together will help. Me and heart problems are old friends. Heart went into a-fib last year on tren. They had to shock me to get it back in. I lowered my tren dosage. LOL

shirlsguyRan a tanning salon once... kept a really nice bed when I shut it down. Had to build a special hanging wardrobe and all just to fit it in this poor cramped home of ours. You can see it in one of my photos.

Congrats to all you EBC competitors! I wasn't in on this one but I know the dedication and sacrifices that it takes to reach your end goals. Some real amazing transformations here. Its been a great competition guys! Ive really enjoyed and have been motivated seeing everyones progress. The EBC pushed me harder in the gym and the hardest I've even gone with my diet.
