+ 4 Body recomp 2026 Januar now
Hi everyone,
I have 15 years of overall training experience, but I took a five-year break and returned to the gym in January 2026. As you can see in the first picture, I started with a relatively high body fat percentage. Getting back into training was extremely difficult at first, but I managed to get back on track.
For the first four months, I used 200 mg of testosterone enanthate per week and 2 mg of retatrutide. From April to August, I increased my testosterone to 500 mg per week, added 300 mg of Masteron, and used 30 mg of Anavar for six weeks.
My training split was Push/Pull/Legs (PPL). Nutrition-wise, I followed a 2,500-calorie diet focused on low carbs, high protein, and carb cycling. I also aimed for 5,000–10,000 steps per day.
I went from 93 kg down to 74 kg, making significant progress in the process.
My goal now is to build back up to 85–88 kg while staying lean, then aim to be around 80 kg at an even leaner body composition next year.
It has been a challenging journey, but I’m happy with the progress so far and looking forward to the next phase! --

Great work, man. Keep it up!
can you go into more depth about your low carb diet and carb cycling protocol? I am pretty sure I ruined my insulin sensitivity from low fat high carb high protein diet.
From the science side of things (I’m a molecular pharmacologist: really) the real minimum dose to where you’ll start getting glucagon agonist activity is 4mg, but really doses at 8mg plus are where you’ll start getting real effects of that third agonist. I recommend tirz for everyone microdosing /staying low dose on Reta. Will save you money!
On rest days, I ate 150 g of carbs, and on training days, 250 g to fuel performance and recovery.
Retatrutide activates three receptors: GLP-1, GIP, and glucagon. It helps regulate blood sugar, may improve insulin sensitivity, and significantly reduces appetite, making it a promising tool for fat loss. It doesn’t keep insulin constantly low, but helps regulate glucose metabolism.
Combined with proper nutrition and training, it can be a powerful tool during a cutting phase.
thanls for the response.
