EBC SPRING 2013 RECOMP!
This might be my favorite because it's a recomp and its the quickest way to actually look bigger and better and maybe lose weight! Goal here is pretty simple, get bigger in the right places and smaller in the wrong places, that's recomp...moving around weight essentially. 2 inches wider at the shoulders, popped the lats and dropped 2 belt sizes with bigger legs, you have a nice chance of placing.
While it will not be a rule, you will do yourself a big favor to use the same background and lighting in before and after poses. Judges can dock you points if its hard to get good read on the differences.
DO NOT PM ME asking for special considerations as to entry times close deadlines etc. We all have problems and the rules are very simple with plenty of warning. You make the cut or you don't we're all grown ups! Pic requests are specific and simple, get them right or you don't play.
All contestants will be judged by a judges panel and all prizes will be coordinated and awarded by an outside panel no affiliated with Eroids or Eroids members including staff, managment or owner. Distribution is then the sole responsibility of the source sponsor directly to participant.

shirlsguyEight months ago, I had slipped into an emotional coma, gut at 46", arms about 14, calves 13... the rest.
Tomorrow, I take my final for a level 2 Gym Instructor (ACSM/YMCA) arms are back around 18, calves just above 15, and for a kick I took my daughter to school with me and in the gym session of class, benched a quick 340-lb for her (always have told her I could hit 300 w/o a problem).
With a dozen kids and a couple adults stacking plates in excitement and my wife and daughter feeling proud of me..... THAT is a trophy! This Christmas, I'm going to be repping 140kg for 10 and have my 180kg bench back, Tread. Someone chime in if they think I miss goals.
As an added bonus, my shoulder does not even hurt. I gave up heavy lifts in 2003 because of a dodgy shoulder... not ready for AAS and damned sure not for surgery! Well, finally went on my deca cycle, five weeks in now and the shoulder took a few 300+ lifts with no problems and no soreness after.
Wish me luck on my final tomoz! Also, to me missus, EBC contentant Sapphire4, she is actually the one who is taking the class, I go with her as support after her surgery to remove a brain tumor. She's a fucking champ!

shirlsguyIndeed... gave my system a 6-week rest due to vasectomy, but am up and running again. Held steady at 15-stone, which is nice for cruising weight and still in my 34" waist lines. A little flat in the arms and thighs, but that always seems to come back.
