Summer EBC Free For All 2013 Description
HERE WE GO ! The summer free for all will be just that, a free for all and you will get to choose what your goal will be.
I will say this, it would be smart to use a standard goal such as recomp, cutter, bulker, stage ready etc etc etc. To just make up a goal that's not something standard might actually confuse a judge or all judges in that nothing to compare it to, nothing to reflect on. Stick to standard goals in fitness/ body building and it will serve you well.
Follow the compettion rules, give me 5 of the poses below with one extra pic containing the USA Today (6 pics total).
Give me a brief yet precise description of your cycle and goal and then BOOM, GET TO WORK!!!
- Opening pics deadline will be July 5th, 2013 at midnight CST
- Closing pics must be identical to opening and deadline is September 15th, 2013 CST.
Summer EBC Free For All 2013 Rules
- One pic of you and a current USA today
- 5 pics in which you will get to choose 5 poses from the pose list provided below.
-Front Double Bi
-Front lat spread
-Side chest (either)
-Side tricep (either)
-Back double bi
-Back lat spread
-Abdominal
-Most Musclular - No pic doctoring , air brushing , altering of any sort and if caught you will be disqualfied.
- A sixth pic with USA today and some body present will be required for opening and closing pics. Remember, full body (head to toe) present in pose shots, all of them.
Make sure the lighting and background are the same for the opening pics and the closing pics and have the same pose for opening and closing as well.....again, all 5.

Thank you Tom for this post. Things happen from time to time and I think we both could do things differently in the future. I appreciate your support of gensolomon and I assure you when my EBC guys have run your gear long enough they will make their reviews. I have received all three of the winners assurances of this. If a Src supports the EBC our winners must in turn support the Src by giving accurate and completely honest reviews.

It's not set in stone but I believe Tread had always mentioned his desire to have the EBC follow normal calendar cycles. Again it's not for certain as we haven't spoken about it yet. Next on the radar is the prize list distribution. That should be up tonight or tomorrow. Then once that's up the next EBC layout will be determined. Please tell me ur entering!!!!

I had a prize from a US domestic... she was waaaaay cool and offered to get a special shipper to reach out to me, but I owed a buddy and we worked it out... but yes, you can become a bit restricted if say you live in USA and your prize award ships CA only. Still, the prize list here seem to deliver everywhere... flippin' nice list there, it is!

We actually have zero to do with distribution. That all is done between the winners and the sources. What the EBC committee does is align the prize list in a fair manner. Then the list is released. From that point it's completely on u guys
