Going to see if I can get someone at gym to take a pic or two today or tomorrow after training.
Still hairy as mofo (shaved back and legs just to get a better look at the moment) but it'll be good to see under better lighting and a pump.
Perhaps we should consider incorporating a status check in weekly for next EBC. It would be cool to see how everyone changes weekly.
It would even be beneficial to the competitors so that they have some extra eyes to see when they should back off or push harder with meal plan etc. for future use!
We are all here to win but with some very knowledgeable people on here it could massively improve the outcome for each competitor.

Yes sir! I'm nursing an injury atm, doc says go light for a week, smh perfect timing. However I can definitely see progress from my before shots until now so my focus is to maintain what I've accomplished so far as well as add in the MT2 for a good tan starting today. How are you feeling so close to the finish? Are you happy with your progress?

Please please please please don’t screw up your final pics. I swear nothing will ruin my day more than disqualifying someone cuz they forgot the rules.
Remember, no professional photo shoot final pics if they don’t match your entry pics.
Which makes a great idea of how to spoil yourself after all of this hard work. Before gorging to your hearts desire on pizza and cheeseburgers and cheesecake it would be a great timesake to get some professional pics done to memorialize this journey. Closing window is approaching, now is the time to ask any final questions.

When i was trying to submit my new profress picture it kept saying it was to big. So i cropped it SOMEHOW
If this happens during final oics is this aloud. It will look like the progress picture size. Or how doninfix it when taking the new pictures. Thanks for the help
Are you using an android to take and upload pix or a camera and your computer? If using a phone the iPhone is super easy but android I’m not sure. You might want to buy a pic app that allows you to format the size of your pix.
Does anyone have any tips for Wanted?
The less you have in the background the better off you will be. Then you just need to crop the pic by moving it very slightly to one side or the other and save. The hard part with Android is using the tools to cover your face. Using a stylus helps but most of those paints and pens will put your size over the limit. It takes messing with it for a while to find the ones that will work and with that many pics it's time consuming. That's why I opted for the mask. For some strange reason though just moving the pic once it's saved in your gallery ever so slightly, then saving it again, cut down the overall size of the photo.

Hi mate. I was planning on using a black background (extra large black bed sheet) instead of the background I used in my before photos as I’ve had to strip a lot of the original wall for electric work. Will his be allowed?
I’ll review this with Mak. My first instinct is to have you pick one of the two main colors on the wall and find a sheet that matches that. That way it’s not a complete 180 and you stay somewhat close to original background.
