- Competition will run a full 12 wks with a 10 day window to submit your final pics starting at 0000hrs PST on 5/29/19 and closing deadline will be 6/8/19 @ 2359hrs PST

Attention EBC Competitors
We are experiencing some technical difficulties with the Final Pic submission button. It is getting fixed and will be up shortly.
Until it gets fixed anyone who needs to take their final pics now can do so.
The current 10 day window for taking your final pics between May 29 through June 8 is still In place.
However, you will not be able to upload those pics until the button is fixed. If the technical issue lasts longer than June 8 we will grant an extension to allow competitors to correctly upload their photos. Depending on when the bug is worked out we will determine the appropriate amount of time for the possible extension.
The 10 day window for taking your final pics does not change.
Final pictures window is May 29 through June 8.
Make sure your newspaper is dated in the time frame of May 29 through June 8.
I do not anticipate this technical issue going past the June 8 deadline.
Just make sure to follow the steps outlined below
1) You must have a current newspaper as stated in the rules.
2) All pics must have the correct poses in the correct order as stated in the rules.
3) When you upload your photos make sure all pics are compliant with the rules. Correct poses, correct order, correct background.
Follow the rules and you’ll be compliant.
Makwa and I went far above and beyond carrying many members into compliance with their opening pics. With 43k on the line we will not be spending hours coming to your page 2-3-4x to help you get it right.
Once the final pic submission button issue is fixed and live I will make the announcement on this page. Thank you for being patient as we get the bug fixed.

How will we know when someone submitted final pics?
You can click on every page. That’s what Mak and I will be doing.

43k up for grabs folks. If you make me disqualify you for failure to adhere to the rules I swear it will break my heart. Nothing will be more soul crushing to me than disqualifying anyone who has worked so hard to get to the fisnish line but failed to follow the rules. Please please please do not put me or Makwa in that position.

I’d like to think my efforts could ring in a top 10 but I’ve seen great updates and there’s just no way to know especially with all the M.i.a. people. Definitely some aren’t going to show up to finish. I’ve gotten a ton of compliments this cut and people notice the hard work. I’m hoping after depleting and carbing I can bring a package that I’ve never seen. I know people are gonna look better than me but I also wasn’t the most pleasant looking to start with. Who’s bringing the biggest changes?! Last week people! Push it!
So who do I hand my man card to after I shave my entire body for the first time? And then go to visit family I haven’t seen in awhile right after..... Really I shave a lot already just never touched the legs. Is there a best way to do this?

I trim it all down first. Have the ol lady get your hind quarters or parts u can’t reach, (feel kinda vulnerable). I always wait 1-2 days after that before shaving, then first shave I go with the grain of the hair. Then wait a few more days and do a finish shave against the grain for a close clean shave. The couple day method works best for me otherwise I end up with all kinds of razor burn and ingrown hairs and shit. It also give ur skin a chance to adjust. Make sure to use a brand new razor each shave too
That sounds intense. I do have awful problems with ingrown hairs. More so since I’ve been on this cycle. It’s super annoying and looks shitty too. Thanks for the tips tho!

Question for you prepping/contest guys? It may be too late already. my last dose of test was last Sunday(trt 200 cyp) was debating on not using it till after pics. So basically 2 weeks without test. Or should I just hit my regular dose tomorrow? Too late to benefit from dropping it?
All the pro’s must be in deep food coma. Carbing up before peak week lol

I dropped test last weekend but I’ve been a total ass the last couple days and felt like shit, hit 100mgs Friday and felt much better. I’d say if you’re mentally ok to go without, but here’s the thing:
Less test means less water = good
Less test = less estrogen = less androgen receptor sensitivity = bad
It’s a balancing act. I’ve heard some guys say they have a harder time carbing up also if they’ve completely crushed estrogen.
200 is sort of a lot honestly. 100 mgs a week is pretty close to a bioidentical dose (maybe a tad low) so if you start having issues I’d say hit half your usual dose and keep an eye on the mirror.
