- Competition will run a full 12 wks with a 10 day window to submit your final pics starting at 0000hrs PST on 5/29/19 and closing deadline will be 6/8/19 @ 2359hrs PST

How many new injection sites have you broke in this cycle? I've pinned 10 Virgin sites. Now I'm up to a total of 20 injection sites for rotation.
New sites. Traps. Tri's both heads. Biceps. Outter gastrocnemius.

Quiet up in here...assuming with 4 weeks to go everyone’s grinding and feeling it.
Yesterday was brutal. After a few days of suffering pretty good I woke up to a 4 lb loss! Down to 220 from a high of 246, 7 weeks ago.
How’s everyone else’s progress coming?
5 lbs to go. Alot of that will come off with shedding water the last week. Feeling pretty damn good.

These last four weeks will show the true grit and knowledge of the very best. I’m so proud of all of the update pic improvements up in til now. I can only imagine how crazy tough this is going to be for Makwa and I to judge. A challenge to say the least but one we wouldn’t want any other way!
You guy's contribution to this event is greatly appreciated brother. This EBC has definitely propelled me to a new level of fitness and I'm really digging what it's done for the Eroids community as a whole. The whole thing thus far has been a great experience and I'm looking forward to seeing all of our results in the weeks to come. I'm truly grateful for everyone that's come together to make this EBC happen. June 8th is gonna be epic!
