How's training and the diet going? Are you more shattered on a night now - no growling on all fours currently? Lol haha
Yes mate, some good info. Training 6 days a week with 45 mins high tempo cardio each day. Easing into the diet but have already lost a couple of pounds. I'm going to the Islands for a vacation for a few days in a couple of weeks to celebrate my wife's graduation - so hope that I don't blow the diet. Will try to get serious diet-wise for the last 8 weeks. I'm in it for the motivation, I certainly don't expect to place. A lot of the competitors look great and will look fantastic cut.
Christ 6 days a week - going for it then! I'm sure a few days off will do you good in the sun - Go all Castaway and just survive off fish you can catch in the sea lol That'll strip you of a few pounds. Tell me as I'm sure you'll be clued up on food prepping/cooking - What's your take on someone putting a load of cold but cooked chicken onto a jacket potatoe with steaming hot beans on it? To me that's bad food hygene as you are slightly warming the cold chicken up again and not properly heating it up, I had this from a cafe for lunch today.
I don't see problem with the chicken. Lots of salads have cold chicken in them - just as long as it's been refridgerated and it's not old (cooked chicken is good for a few days in the ref). They probably could have put it in the microwave for about 20 seconds just to warm it.

Wow That really is a Tropical Island isn't it?! I bet its very surreal being away from people in an area like that - I think I'd be too paranoid about becoming stranded and not knowing how to survive in that kind of situation for possibly a few weeks lol Have you done survival training and such?
Mate - there are two small townships there, some great outdoor restaurants, even a small hospital.Nice little white sand beaches, no real traffic, you can ride around on a little motorbike without a helmet. Can rent a 150 - 200cc bike for about $10 PD. It's a nice laid back place to spend a few days. Where I'm staying we have a room right ON the beach (literally), has a beachside bar and walking distance to the township with the restaurants- like 5 minutes walk. Been there 4 times before...it's cool. If there was somewhere to ride my bikes I would move there.
So I guess this is the final number. Dang. Wanted to see it go up to 50! Shoot. Still at a damn impressive amount.

Really thinking of joining this. I'm going to have to take a harder look at some of those poses and kind of get it down. I'm already one week into my spring cutter however I guess I could draw it out longer than expected to be able to compete in this. Absolutely crazy how high this pot is. It may have been mentioned before but I couldn't find it. Is there already a breakdown of how prices are going to go in regards to first place, second please, and so on.
