EBC 2014 FALL - Free For All
Alright Eroids! You folks wanted the return of the EBC so y'all got it! I am now fully at the Helm of the EBC StarShip and I've got a new co-pilot. Catalyst has agreed to join me and help lead the EBC into a new era. We'll work our asses off to make the EBC bigger and better than ever.
On behalf of BFG and Eroids our Opening act is the Fall EBC Free for All 2014!!! What is a Free for All exactly? It's actually quite simple , you competitors get to choose your own goals. Execute as best as you can within your precise Goal parameter and you will succeed!! I do however suggest that all members keep their goals to the commonly used Goal standards such as Bulker, Cutter, Recomp, Lean Bulker, Stage ready etc.
It is in your best interests to not over complicate your goals so our Judges can actually get a proper gauge of your performance. Stick to your standard BB/Fitness/AAS cycle goals and you'll make our Judges lives much easier and yours as well. Judging so many different goals is hard enough already please don't put yourself in a position to be Judged poorly because your Goal could not be understood or that you simply could not reach it.
Follow the rules, give me 5 of the poses below with one extra pic containing a current Newspaper of your choice with a visible date (6 pics total).
Post a brief yet precise description of your cycle and goal and GET YOUR ASSES TO WORK!!!!
Opening pics deadline will be September 7th 2014 @11:59pm PST

EBC Competition Rules
- Age limit 21yrs minimum (Childlike antics are not expected and will no longer be tolerated).
- If you are banned even for a temporary length at any time during the entry portion and up to the prize announcement you WILL be disqualified. There's too much money on the line to let douchebags be eligible.
- If at any time a person steps out of line in questioning the EBCs integrity there will be no second chances. No favors and no love. You're gone. Period.
- No arguing / bitching about judges decisions. We don’t mind constructive result discussion, but questioning integrity will not be tolerated. If you cross the line you will be banned from future competition.
- No giving away prizes to other members. Whilst this is a nice gesture, it detracts from why the sources donate their prizes and is to hard to keep track of.
- If you are chosen as a Winner and receive Src Prizes you are obligated to perform the following:
- Post pictures of Prizes received. Post link in EBC main page so Admin can award 10star Votes for Source Donators.
- After running the Prize products post a honest review and vote according to Eroids' Review Rules
(These Sources who make the Prize list so amazing deserve our support and recognition. By posting Pix and posting honest reviews this is the best and most honest way to recognize their contributions)
Poses and pictures
- One pic of you holding a current newspaper (dated correctly!)
- Five pictures of you chosen from the following poses
- Front Double Bi
- Front lat spread
- Side chest (either)
- Side tricep (either)
- Back double bi
- Back lat spread
- Abdominal
- Most Musclular
- No doctoring of pictures whatsoever. Air brushing, photoshopping etc WILL be found and you’ll be disqualified as a result. Due to the lack of sportsmanship involved, you my also be excluded from future EBCs.
- A final sixth shot holding a current newspaper with some of your body present will be required for opening and closing pictures. Full body, head to toe in ALL SHOTS. Identical lighting and background for the opening and closing shots(if there is a legit reason why this is not possible Permission must be granted by the EBC leadership) , and ensure that you use your five chosen poses for BOTH start and finish pictures are the same.
Non-compliance with any of these rules will be justification for disqualification at anytime. All justified disqualifications are up to the discretion of the EBC Leadership. The EBC is not a right but rather it is a privilege

I had a hard-core B & J addition for years. I'm in recovery now. ;-)
Three of my favorites are: Peach Cobbler, Strawberry cheesecake, and the last one is my very favorite: Volun-Tiramisu. It's a limited batch that I can only find at Target, but it is truly divine. Enjoy.
Strawberry cheesecake is awsome! ive never come across the teramisu up here the only place I can fond BnJ is Walmart and the odd 7/11. Half baked is usually my default choice.

x-ray came back negative for any broken of fracture bones, they sending me to orthopedics tomorrow... I was sitting in the waiting room at the hospital and was really depressed.. all I could think and imagine is all that I love and cherish in this world is gone, and I'll never be able to accomplish my dreams. Then I thought, there's a reason why God allowed this to happen, and all the shit I did in my life lead me to bodybuilding and this is just another test, or a lesson God is trying to teach me, maybe he wanted to knock me down a peg or two, make me take another look at myself.. IDK yet, i'm still thinking and praying.. the good thing is the range of motion is returning, slowly... incredible unbearable pain right now, but the range of motion is coming back.. I'm taking off from doing anything related to shoulders or chest for about a week, concentrate on legs, and abs.. give it a little time to recover and try again.. I have some HGH so I just pinned 10 IU plus 500 mgs of npp, tomorrow another 10 iu of hgh and back down to 5 iu... thank you for your prayers bro, I'm really truly happy to have found this place and met a lot of you guys... theres a reason for everything brother.

I called his bluff, he got pissed and went back to his room. about ten minutes later I was carrying stuff out to my car and he came up from behind and took a swung with his bat, he hit me in the shoulder/tricep connection area... got orthopedics tomorrow.. he wouldn't fight me, because I could clean and press his ass, then toss him right out the window, he took the cowards approach.. weapons... it's okay bro, it all happens for a reason... i just place my faith in God, and pray and pray bro...

Carlos are you guys just going to announce a winner or maybe do like 1-5th pace with only 1st getting the price so the few who took their time to post update pics could have an idea of how they are doing?

AnonSorry brother only 1 winner will be announced. As far as the judges aspect these mini contests winners will be chosen by Catalyst and I along with the Src sponsors. Ebc overall winners are judged by different judges chosen by Catalyst and I. Us organizers are not judges for the final top5. So any advice we give might not reflect how the judges see it.
Theses mini contests are mainly for fun and motivation not so much as being an extension of the overall judging of the EBC. I hope that makes sense brother.
Of course brother. Thank you for taking your time to explain more in depth how the whole EBC works.
And I for one am glad I don't have to fill those boots this time - It's a tough job judging.

There were many entries that caught my eye as well as Catalysts and EK. All entries had markedly improved moving ever closer to their final goals. Though only one of you has been selected as a winner I can't state this any clearer when I say all of you kicked ass. Some of you are leaning out very nicely and others are nailing your recomps and bulkers. Don't slow down and don't hit cruise control. The winners of this EBC will be pushing even harder now and they definitely aren't lacking any motivation. That should be everyone's attitude at this point in the comp.
