Well four weeks blew by. Been super busy, but been hitting the gym hard. My diet has been good and I've noticed some nice gains in areas I wanted to see them in. The lifts have been stronger as well. ARL and Ashop have some solid gear.

The pictures I hope are compliant, the first round of entry pics I got my gf to snap them when she was over for the weekend. These though I had to find a way to snap them myself (thanks new iphone update) and then make them look almost as the first did. I think I did a pretty good job at it. I tried to get a USA today but they were out, so I picked up this paper. Had to take two shots because I can't see the date well on the shot of me holding the paper. Note, the front double bi looks blurry when clicked on. If you zoom out a little bit it becomes more clear. However, if this does not meet criteria then I will retake. Thanks

Would be amazing to win the mini contest especially against this hard field. The EBC has been everything I have dreamt it would be in terms of motivation. Thank you all who are competing for giving me strength when I think there is none, giving me power when I feel all is gone, and lifting me up when I'm down.
