+ 16 EBC 2014 FALL
For this go around I'm going for the shredded as hell look and coming in hard. I naturally grow into a contest so maybe more volume will appear at the end but then again who knows. I'm into changing compounds every three weeks and so far it seems to have done a good job up till this point so I will continue this trend to see how well it can pay off. My goal is to keep things simple without getting to far into using too many compounds at once which had the tendency of overloading my system. This will be a new approach and again I'm in the testing phases to see if I can use this leading up to next year's shows. This is how I will break it down;
Weeks 1-3 Test, Boldenon, GH FRAG PEPS, Clen
Weeks 4-6 Test, Tren, Mast, GH FRAG PEPS
Weeks 7-9 Test, Bold, GH FRAG PEPS, Clen
Weeks 10-12 Test, Mast, Tren, GH FRAG PEPS
I excluded the amounts in mg but rest assure it is less than what some of you guys are running. DIET, DIET, DIET is the main priority rather than depending on lots of agents that help the cutting effect. Second to DIET is the CARDIO. Lots of cardio and last but not least is the compounds.
Conclusion; All is a wrap and we did the best we can to beat or come close to the conditions of the past. Now I can take the long awaited break from everything on cruise on TRT.

AnonHopefully this doesn't come off wrong to the other members but Phil but thank you old friend. Your presence is such a welcomed sight and truthfully I am honored to have you continue participating in the EBC. You're a class act and I hope this EBC shows you my dedication to making the EBC a competition worthy of members like yourself. The fact that Pros are competing against the everyday members was my dream for the EBC. Giving our members the shot at standing shoulder to shoulder in a virtual pose down with the great Phil113kg gives me tremendous amounts of pride and gratification.
Thank you again Phil and I hope you approve of the direction the EBC is headed. If you have any feedback please PM me. I would love any and all constructive criticism as making the EBC better is my number 1 priority. Best of luck Phil
Give them a vote if you find it helpful.Permalinkphil113kgThanks Carlos, you brightened up my day and gave me a good push while I'm tired as hell after all the cardio sessions I've done so far. I love doing the EBC and by far this one tops them all because I can fit it into my plans without having to adapt to the criteria. To be frank, the EBC is the only compt that I do that allows me to earn some rewards instead of a trophy and a t-shirt. This is the only forum that I know that can put on a show like this and rewards are given respectively. This is a do or die situation for me for next year's shows. Gaining some arsenal is my priority.
So merci beaucoup mon ami.
I'm coming for you big Phil!!!
I really like the switching of compounds idea because it's different and I've actually heard a few people talk about running cycles like that to keep the body at a confused state and keeps the receptors firing at all times because it's getting blasted with something different as soon as it starts to adapt to that one compound. Glad I get to see what it does for you and how affective this idea really is!!
Have fun and +1 brotha!!
AnonCongrats you are compliant. Welcome to the EBC
GL phil! +1
i love reading about PROs cycles, appreciate the info.
We have a winner!!! Incredible!
Great job phil!!
AnonWell done
OursIsTheFuryYou look phenomenal man! I have to say though I didn't know they let people younger than 25 compete ;) haha you're an inspiration as well boss, thanks for that even if you don't know it.
phil113kgThank you and everyone who left a comment with great words of encouragements. Now I can look back and evaluate how well I stuck to my program and say that I could have been a little more stricter on saying "no" to the little temptations when added up makes a big difference at the end. My cravings at night for sweets almost wrecked my efforts. Now that it's said and done let me say that within a two weeks period I had a right bicep muscle injury and just recently a fractured right hand. I was at the emergency room hours after the pics were taken. I had an x-ray done to see if it was broken due to it being swollen. So the sprint to the finish line was more like walking through land mines.
OursIsTheFuryThat is crazy my friend, I hope nothing extremely serious that will keep you away from your dreams. I imagine a fractured hand is nothing to mess with though. My prayers and wishes for you to get a speedy recovery brother.
Tink22I undrrstand I have a thing for cakes. Can't resist them.
Hope the hand gets better
Great job! But I expected no less from you
You know what you are doing and it shows. Good luck to you when you step on stage again next year!!!!
AnonCompliant
