It's a wrap!

What a great journey folks, I had a lot of fun and learned alot about my body and mind. I really am happy with this cycle and the results I achieved through the immense hard work I put in. Nothing is better than at the end of the day looking back at all the hard work and seeing yourself changed, almost like a man with an axe in the woods who wants to make himself a log cabin... it's going to be hard, painful, an A LOT of work but when he's done he can admire it day in and day out. That's how I feel about the body I built in this EBC. I weighed in at 195lbs this morning, the last body fat calculation the pt at my gym did for me was yesterday at 2pm and it said 7.6%... once again I don't believe these calipers are that correct however if he measured the same way since the beginning then it had me go from 13.1% to 7.6%... so whatever I started at I've dropped almost 6% and yet gained some solid weight as well.

My cycle was not what I wrote below. I ended up using tbol instead of prop for my kicker, only 3 weeks of it though. I switched my cycle up after week 8, I switched out the Test E with purely test prop. I ended up using Ashop Var and it was exactly what I had expected from all the reviews and users. Great orals. I used ARL for all my oils, His prop was smooth with absolutely no pip, and I pinned my quads for the first time and was shocked with how lil pain it gave me in return. I bounced between Bluesky's Adex and ahops and must say I couldnt notice a difference, Bluesky will continue to get my business in this regard. So this brings me to a point I'd like to say to anyone out there looking to getting into AAS and that, I did all this transformation with test an a oral with diet and hard work. You don't need to do crazy cycles with multiple things or 19-nors ect. Just keep it in mind, make it simple guys, do the hard work and it will pay off I promise.

My diet was the toughest part for me in this competition. I want to thank the Guru Viking Evol for his tip in the forums to stop eating carbs after 2pm. I did this right before the 2nd mini contest pics and was shocked how much it was helping me out. 2 weeks out from these pics I took my man's Grimey's advice and started cutting carbs out big time. Went with a week of only carbs for breakfast and slowly started trimming that down. He gave me sound advice in this whole diet thing so thank you sir for that.

Carlos and Catalyst you guys put on a great show man! Unbelievable. I don't know you two on a friend level but you'll always have my respect for the amount of work you two put into this competition. Thanks a ton.
To my fellow brothers (and ladies) who killed it this competition thank you and congrats! It was fun and challenging and you guys and gals made it all the more enjoyable.

Now it's time to indulged and eat my heart out.

Looking to do a recomp. Right now I'm at 190lbs and 13.1% bodyfat (according to calipers from a PT). I think I'm a little more than 13% so let's say 15%. My goal is to gain 10lbs of muscle while dropping 3-5% bodyfat.

While doing this challenge I want to really focus on some weak spots, as you can see in the pics my Bi's need some work on the peaks. My chest could develop a little more and as always I want my back to look huge. So I am going to hit those with extra force while maintaining my other more aesthetic parts.
From diet and cardio I am going to try to get those abs to show more as well.

My cycle won't be intense at all:
500mgs Test E from ARL Weeks 1-12
100mgs Test P from Androboy Weeks 1-4 as a kick
50 mgs ED Liquid Anavar from DomesticX Weeks 6-12
.25mgs EOD Liquid Adex from Bluesky Weeks 1-12

Looking forward to this for my first competition ever and hoping the environment from all the competitors really pushes me to new goals. PS Posing is hard as SHIT! I have such a higher appreciation and respect for those who do this for a living. My hat is off to you all.
