Summer EBC Free For All 2013
HERE WE GO ! The summer free for all will be just that, a free for all and you will get to choose what your goal will be.
I will say this, it would be smart to use a standard goal such as recomp, cutter, bulker, stage ready etc etc etc. To just make up a goal that's not something standard might actually confuse a judge or all judges in that nothing to compare it to, nothing to reflect on. Stick to standard goals in fitness/ body building and it will serve you well.
Follow the compettion rules, give me 5 of the poses below with one extra pic containing the USA Today (6 pics total).
Give me a brief yet precise description of your cycle and goal and then BOOM, GET TO WORK!!!
- Opening pics deadline will be July 5th, 2013 at midnight CST
- Closing pics must be identical to opening and deadline is September 15th, 2013 CST.

-Most Musclular - No pic doctoring , air brushing , altering of any sort and if caught you will be disqualfied.
- A sixth pic with USA today and some body present will be required for opening and closing pics. Remember, full body (head to toe) present in pose shots, all of them.
Make sure the lighting and background are the same for the opening pics and the closing pics and have the same pose for opening and closing as well.....again, all 5.

Not happy with my results, but understand that I did not do everything I should have. I'm taking a few EBC's off to get my head back right and get myself back to where I need to be.
I almost did not put up in finishing pics, but You Must Finish What You Start!!!

BOOM!!! Final pictures are in.....dropped a total of 40lbs! It was a tough competition with A LOT of personal obstacles I had to overcome but I made it! A HUGE thank you to all the competitors for your inspiration and knowing that we are all making it through this process together! Waltr your updates really helped me stay on track thanks bro! Wish I had had more time to interact with guys and gals during this contest but my schedule was a really limiting factor. Had to hustle hard and make miracles happen to keep going and stay on track. Now that it's technically over I know this is absolutely not true....this is only the beginning! Congratulations to all the competitors and thank you to all the members that make this place like a second home!

Guy at barnes and nobiles, said usa today dont deliver on fri and sat is that true? Can I use my local paper?
Have you tried a supermarket? Some are open 24 hours and some have a lot of different papers. I think the important thing is the date showing on the paper.
USA Today does a weekend edition.

waltrIf I were you I would buy a regional paper that clearly has the date on it and use that. I would also hold up a laptop displaying the USA Today website. It's better than not submitting anything in my opinion.

I'm happy with where I finished. My goal wasnt to come in competition ready but to continue to add mass and slowly lean out. I feel that I hit both of those goals pretty damn well. Good luck to everyone! You have all been a huge source of motivation.
