You should try to rotate those pics then put them back up. I think your goal has to be less specific, Like cut, bulk, recomp..... Good Luck!

Hard to say definately knew they where working but when tren dose was upped from 500 to 750 I didnt sleep much but I was functioning well with only a few hours sleep
