Young Lady... I think I remember the first pics you posted. Of anyone on eroids, I think you have made the most amazing transformation. i don't get on as much as I did but I am going to make a point to check your progress when i am on.

Thanks much appreciated. Your post made GFit show me my first EBC pics and it feels good seeing the change. I beat myself up because of my belly but looking at the pics I see how much it's changed so far and I just have to keep moving forward!!!

Thanks. You have a nice shape to start with you'll do great. Sorry it took me so long to get back to you I haven't been on the site for a while Mr. Fit told me he gave you some advice he does a lot of research so he knows a good amount but still says he needs to learn more and he only tells me a little he doesn't like it when I start passing him at the gym. Entering the EBC's helped me to stay focused don't always agree with the judging but it's still a great experience !!!
