+ 17 Cutter

ad

My goal is to be as shredded as it would be required for a stage contest, this will be the first time in 5 years I get this shredded. I estimate at least 35 lb of fat, give or take. But my goal does not stop there as my respect for the EBC is to high for me not to nearly kill myself crossing the finish line so I think I can also pull off 10 lb of muscle gains in the process as well. These are my honest estimations, I could be off but I will put it all on the line. So I will call this a cutter, I think.

CYCLE; gh, test e, and EQ, drop the test and add winstrol and tren at the half way mark. MAY ADD SOMETHING ELSE AS WELL, WILL ADJUST AS I GET STARTED.

Since my transformation is very dramatic, I will write down my moves here.

I have not dieted in a very long time so my body is craving all kinds of foods, I have a little strategy that work wonders to get into the mental spirit and so I don't end up cheating and sabotaging my diet...

I fast for 2 days at the beginning of the diet. This allows me to appreciate Chicken breast, fish, egg whites, and greens on the third day and since I am so hungry it takes away all the cravings right off the bat because eating even a piece of bread would be heaven at this point.

Rooting for you

gensolomon's picture

WOW, thank you very much sir, these type of comments is what fuels my fire. No one can control the win but if anyone is ahead of me they are animals and deserve so because they have to go to hell and back to over work me. Much appreciated brother

gensolomon's picture

The diet;

I ate 4000 calories a day prior to starting, the first jump will be going down to 2500 calories and then I drop 250 calories a week until I hit 1500, very simple. In addition I train once everyday and I do 30 min of cardio per day and add 15min every week.

Diet foods are listed here;

Egg whites
Chicken breast
lean Turkey
Cod
Haddock
Salmon
Tuna
Talipia
Shrimp
Liver
Protein shake

Vegetables with every meal

300 grams of protein
75 grams of fat
100 grams of carbs
plus greens

gensolomon's picture

That's a great idea and I will do that soon but keep in mind that I was eating 500 grams of carbs daily so dropping from that to 100 is already extreme, eventually I will go zero carbs.

That's sounds like an awesome shake though, I think I will try your shake there, lol. Good stuff. +1 for the idea of that shake.

UPDATE; 5 days into my diet since I submitted my pics 2 days early and started right away. I am down 8lb but most likely cause the foods I am eating now have no sodium in them. The key to me achieving my goal is to not compromise anything come hell or high waters.

Fueling my workouts with ECA and strength is still up despite having very low carbs.

gensolomon's picture

Another drop in calories tomorrow 2500-2250 and up to 45 minutes of cardio. My job also involves a lot of labour so

gensolomon's picture

I will try hard bro, I am in hell right now, can not shake these hunger pains, almost non stop but the key is to not compromise, if I do even once, it is over. So my foot is down. Thanks for the faith bro.

gensolomon's picture

Hunger pains are brutal right now, thank god for diet pop

Today was the make or break point. I looked in the mirror and could not believe my eyes.I started at 235 and did not want to jump on the scale till the half way mark but my look had change so much so far that I am shocked. So I checked the scale and I am 223, down 12 pounds. Mostly water weight from bloat but still has changed my physique.

So I decided since I am ahead to have my first cheat meal, spent a few hours making nice ribs, pasta, salads and the works, including desert. When the meal was served. I looked at it and an overwhelming emotion came over me and anxiety and nervousness and I could not do it. Did not even take a bite, nearly broke down ( go ahead call me a sissy, lol) So I settled for my 12 egg whites, tomato, lettuce and diet ginger ale.

I want to win so bad that I will stay firm and now my confidence is through the roof, I will prove to myself I can over come this great challenge

MusicMan's picture

Smart man but small portions will benefit you yes? Down 12 pounds eh, good work guy, you have a solid foundation thats for sure. Im at 223 right with you. Push yourself, and STAY FOCUSED. ..

gensolomon's picture

I decided to bring in anadrol. I am down in weight and looking flat so I think this will help a bit

gensolomon's picture

Update, down to 2k for calories, that is another drop of 250 calories and cardio up to 1 hour every day

gensolomon's picture

Update; added anadrol from the BD line and also have anadrol from the centrino line, they both are very strong. I added tren now and winstrol as well.

Calories down to 1500, cardio to an hour and a half, feeling great, hungry though.

gensolomon's picture

I hope these were alright,

What did you do to get rid of the backne?

I'm suffering with it now and am using every OTC I can get my hands on, with very little change.
