All out recomp. My plan for the next year is too lean out slowly while gaining as much lean mass as possible. I hope to compete in an NPC show in late 2014 if I get to a place where I'm happy with my physique.

Yeah, I've been to a ton if NPC shows. My wife is a National level NPC figure competitor. She has been the focus for the last couple of years but is taking some time off to build. Which means its my time to go balls out.

You guys will have a blast at the show. My coach is actually there with several of his clients.

Today is my off day from the gym. However, I keep my diet even stricter on Sundays and go a little lower with the carbs. I might get in some cardio after work....if I can talk the wife into it;)
