- Competition will run a full 12 wks with a 10 day window to submit your final pics starting at 0000hrs PST on 5/29/19 and closing deadline will be 6/8/19 @ 2359hrs PST

Moved into a new house and it’s the feature wall in the master bedroom, I’ve convinced the Mrs to keep it till the after photos to help be consistent. Apparently Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen lived in the house before us.. and Alan Titchmarsh did the electrics with his gardening tools

Halo top ain’t half bad either. The pints are around 320cals per pint with 4 servings. If you need a sweets fix that’s what I was using for my fix on my diet. Black cherry and red velvet are dope
Try Walden Farms zero cal zero carb zero fat science experiment dressing. Shit ain’t half bad. It isn’t good either but....
I didnt know that they had that. I have definetly tried there pancake syrup. That was aweasome. Im definetly gona look for the salad dressing.
Try some Balsamic Vinegar on your salads - only 2g carbs for every tablespoon (15ml).

Balsamic Vinegar with a table spoon of Udo's Choice Blend 3/6/9...perfect on cold salad mixed with fresh off the pan beef or chicken.

Carlos, I have a difficult situation with the news paper. I live in a rural area and only receive the state news paper on sundays, so my upload date and news paper date don't match. Also when I took my original posing video (and took screen shots of my poses) I wasn't all the way in the picture in some of my pictures, didn't actually hit the pose well and needed to retake them several times so they are spread over 3 different sessions (you can tell because im in 3 different rooms in my photos)... If you need me to grab a current news paper and resubmit my pictures I can... I hope anyway. this will require me to drive an hour upstate tonight, after work, to a bigger city, grab a state wide newspaper (hopefully have access to a nationwide news paper), and upload new photos tonight before midnight, or if youll allow it I can grab a local news paper, and submit those, but its very local... OR we can just be cool with the pics I have... I swear I'm pulling no funny business... I'm rocking the after math of a competition spray tan that i participated in recently so that's one way you can tell my photos are from right now and the three different series of photos are an accurate representation of my current physique.
I'm happy to do what you need me to participate. Hope we can find a happy medium let me know what you think!
In the meantime i'm going to re-read the rules and see if youve listed an alternative as I just realized this may be something you have taken into consideration

I have noticed a few of you are submitting pics with the newspaper of a day or two passed. For those that have a “green compliant” post by Makwa or I, you are in. The spirit of the purpose of that rule is to ensure the pics are
Current and not from 5yrs ago. But, when the paper is from 4-5 days ago I believe that still makes your pics current but come on folks that is just pure laziness. If you don’t care enough to get a current paper then I don’t care about telling you to kick rocks. Get your shit together folks. There is a lot of money on the line. Moving forward you need to have a current paper not one from last Sunday.

I've seen you two post numerous warnings and go out of your way to help people out...,which for prizes like this you really should only have to post the rules and thats it.
ONCE YOU HAVE BEEN DEEMED COMPLIANT, DO NOT CHANGE/ADD OR DO ANYTHING FURTHER TO YOUR PICS. IF WE NOTICE ANYTHING DIFFERENT IN YOU PICS AFTER DEEMED COMPLIANT, YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.
If you want to post update pics of your progress, those pics go in the general pic section of the forums, not added on to your EBC submission pics.
Folks please listen to Makwa. I’ve yet to ever see him mad and I’m afraid of what he might become should that day ever come. Keeping things in line isn’t as easy as you think and we would appreciate your best behavior.
We are approaching the closing of entry pics and we will be putting in some long hours. Please get your submission pics right the first time and once you get “compliant” stamp your EBC should only be used for comments until closing pic time.
On a side note, you can can post links of any update pics from the general self shot pic section in the description area of your EBC entry page if you’d like. Please check in with us first to make us aware. I personally would love to see any and all update pics and I’m sure the Sources whose products you are using would love to see the updates as well.

Attention EBC
I just got a very good question asked and I thought I might share it. A member just reached out asking if they change products or Sources midway through the competition, what should they do. This is totally fine and shit happens. All we ask is a gentle heads up to Makwa and I via PM about the situation. Once we are notified we will give you a green light and ask you to post an update reply on your EBC page of what the change is and to edit your description for any cycle changes. If you need to add a Src or delete a Src you may also do that.
Wait for a Green Light from us before touching your pages please. This will keep things tight and not a free for all. Thank you

Just hope that the EBC becomes a regular again. 2 a year must be a possibility. I'd be more than happy to lend a hand and I'm sure many others would too.

Yeah bro it would be nice for 2 a yr. only hang up would be convincing the Srcs to continue to donate the way that they do. Our best chance at that would be for the competitors to crush this one and make a huge impression. I’m hoping to see some crazy final pix
