Shouldn’t be too hard bro. I upload pics using the phone. Just make sure you save the pics through a pic app and it will ensure your pics come out upright.
Folks please do us a favor and list your BF and Weight stats for us. It will help in the judging process as if someone is 30-% BF and gets down to low teens or single digits that will definitely help boost your judging. Thanks
I posted an estimate but if I do a proper caliper test or hydrostatic scan are we allowed to update?
I've always been a "mirror and pics don't lie" kinda guy so not really used to doing BF measurements since most of the other types are greatly affected by water intake.
Yeah I don’t expect dexa scan results. Just a rough estimate if known and weight at time of pics would help. It won’t weigh as heavily as the pics will in judging but it’s just supplemental info that doesn’t hurt to have.

Attention it’s time for an EBC Huddle Everyone
I want to cover the topic of Src sponsorship. Src sponsors are a topic that has been an issue for years. It is ok if a Src reaches out to you and offers on their own volition to sponsor you thinking that their products would be represented well by you. However, Spamming/Soliciting Srcs looking for free handouts is cheap and is not viewed by EBC Leadership in good taste. The Srcs are already coming out of pocket by more than $43,000 and to spam/solicit a Src and beg for more is just not going to be ok.
Show some class and self respect. If not for you then do it for the EBC and Eroids. I have no respect for anyone doing this and the same can be said for Admin and Mak. We are not fans of it.
We have been made aware that this is taking place and out of respect for the Srcs and for the EBC competition I’m going to ask for this to stop. Should it be brought to any of our attention that this soliciting is a continued issue expect some consequences to come down from the Mods.

I wish I could've joined this EBC but a recent surgery has me temporary sidelined. Again, good luck to everyone!
Note: I want everyone to at least make some attempt at actually flexing during your poses.
It is pretty easy to tell who is just standing there during the pose and not flexing vs flexing. You should be flexing just as hard during your beginning as your ending photos. I know you are trying to look flat and small during your beginning photos but don't try and pull a fast one over on us. It probably won't go over well. Take these beginning photos just as seriously and put the effort into them that I know you will be with your ending shots.
Also, please try to hit the poses correctly. I see the most problem so far with the front lat spread. You are actually supposed to flare the lats during this pose, so let us see them. Not just stand with your hands on your hips.

I wanted to personally thank all of the competitors who have entered the EBC so far. Some have been perfectly formatted and we appreciate that. Others have needed “help” and that’s ok. We are here to help. With that said we have encountered a topic that we want to address now to prevent it from becoming an issue.
From this point on anyone who does not include The pictures of a current Newspaper with their entry pics will be required to retake all of their pics all over to ensure the pics and paper are current and not old photos. We ask that you simply do not take your pics until you have your newspaper ready.
This is to avoid any issues of forgery and to avoid any perception issues from the other competitors and spectators. This event needs everyone on the same playing field.

Go to CVS Rite Aid Walgreens and get the cheapest cover up foundation they have. It will at minimum blur the ink out but might not completely conceal it. The rules don’t allow editing out body parts except the head
Yeah, we definitely don't want you blacking out bodyparts, kind of like wearing board shorts and covering up your legs. If we can't see it we can't judge it.

Another little tip for your photos.
When doing your side chest and triceps, you want to get a little twist to the camera to help show off more of your body, ie your chest. Doesn't have to be a big twist but just a little so we can get a hint of what your chest looks like in those shots instead of just your arm.
I've been practicing the side tricep and I can barely reach my arm in that position! I think from a posing standpoint that's one of the tougher ones to pull off and make it look good.
Yeah that one is tough. All you can do is try and give the best version of you bro. Maybe use a shoelace around your wrist and pull with your free hand if you are a few inches short of reaching.
@Makwa you’re Chief Judge would that be permissible? Just brainstorming. Any tips?
My short arrms make it real tough to reach around my back and grab my wrist. Get as close as you can with your one arm behind back and the arm you are showing straight down and flexing. Don't forget to give a little twist to show chest off also.
