- Competition will run a full 12 wks with a 10 day window to submit your final pics starting at 0000hrs PST on 5/29/19 and closing deadline will be 6/8/19 @ 2359hrs PST

What's up fam! I have been super sick having to do breathing treatments and take medication to get back in the swing of things asap for this EBC. I plan to get my pics in just as soon as my schedule allows it. Should be in plenty of time to make any adjustments needed. I've been watching the competitors roll in....some of you guys (and gals) are monsters! Good luck to everyone competing!! I hope to see quite a few more entries by Saturday.

This is about on par with how it always is. We typically end up with 30 plus and half always wait until the last minute. With that kind of cash on the line you would think evry cat and their momma would be entering!

Going to do pics soon but want to make sure it’s ok that my before and after pics will be taken at difference locations since we are moving within the next 30 days.
Just make sure and use some kind of sheet that can be used at both locations and you’ll be fine. The purpose behind that rule is to prevent your opening pics being at your house or some other underwhelming location and the after pics being in some professional studio.

Come on bro I’m hoping you’re not begging as described in BFGs rules in the drop down up top. Honestly based on this comment and the fact that your pics are out of order you pretty haven’t read any of the rules. I expected more from a past EBC top 5....

I'm not sure what you're planning on doing but sounds to me like it is going to be something similar to a relaxed front pose. Put the hands on hip like everyone else then we don't have to worry if the pose will fly or not.

None of those crazy twists that physique competitors often do. Little bit of twist with side shots to show some of the chest but the others need to be straight on.

Heads up to those planning on entering the EBC. Get your pics in now and don't wait until the last minute.
We are really enforcing the rules for entry and many of the submissions have had to be revised to be compliant. Carlos and I are doing are best to review your entries promptly to make sure they are compliant with the rules and you don't miss out on this awesome EBC. We are doing this as a favor to the competitors but if we get swamped with entries and don't have a chance to review yours before the entry deadline and then come to find out you weren't compliant then you will not be in the EBC. Also gives you more time to correct issues before the deadline if we notice them. We just don't want anyone left out of the EBC because they weren't compliant with the rules when something could have easily been fixed. So the sooner you get those pics in the better.

Dang, I didn't even know about this. Been years since I've been in any comp. I stay pretty lean year around, and don't think my overall change would be comparable to a lot of fellas on here. I'd really like top give it a shot though. Will start getting ready tonight. Just got my cycle yesterday so this worked out perfect.
