Many HGH users are incorporating Insulin (whether fast or long acting) along with the GH. The notion here stems from the GH effects on blood glucose levels - GH releases glucose from from storage (liver, muscles...) and increases blood serum glucose levels. Insulin counteract this effect and recudes glucose levels by diverting back glucose into the tissues. IGF1 (AKA insulin like growth factor) has an insuligenic effects.
Generally speaking I'm against usage of exogenous insulin (unless for special purposes), and highly advocating for IGF1 usage along with GH in order to potentiate the HGH effect, increasing metabolism efficiency, and enhancing insulin sensitivity,
(I will post more thorough thread later including scientific literature) but will try to simplify it hereinafter.... when you inject insulin you raise (obviously) the insulin serum levels .... high insulin levels reduces (along time) insulin sensitivity ....... this makes sense I'm sure ..... when using IGF1 the body requires to secrete less insulin, because IGF1 reduces glucose (and FFA) serum levels as it shuttles them into the tissues (mainly muscles).... less insulin -> higher insulin sensitivity along time -> better metabolism (and better anabolism). Some will be amazed by the effect of a low dosage of 30-40mcg of IGF1-LR3 along with GH recomp' processes

I referred (in the mentioned dosages) to IGF1-lr3, IGF1-lr3 has the longest half life (more than 24 hours) hence it's the most suited for this task. Recombinant IGF-1 is not only much less cost effective, but has a much shorter half life. IGF1-DES has an extremely short half life and is suited for paracrine (local) effects and not autocrine (systemic) effects such as raising insulin sensitivity

Yea that's how long I've been on too. I think sides disappear after extended period. I did bloods, in April it's the same batch same kits so it know it's good. My igf was 575 from 5 i.u.

That’s nice bro, 575 is great. The only sides I really got water my hands felt swollen a little, numbness every now and then. Honestly that’s it, novo does make me sleepier than other growth for some reason.

I was doing 6iu am and 6 pre workout. I had to stop taking it in the morning because it would make me so damn sleepy the rest of the day. Caffeine wouldn’t even wake me up. I have found that anything over 3-4iu in the morning makes me groggy the rest of the day Now pinning pre workout and just before bed so I can stay awake during the day.

Dang! Yeah, I’ve been taking naps daily when I get home from work. It’s making me so much more sleepier than anything I could’ve imagined lol. I’m only taking 3ius right now, of course I’m still fresh to hgh. I held out for as long as possible before diving into it about 7-8 months ago.

I didn't know what was going on at first. Just tired all damn day. Then I recalled someone saying GH made them sleepy. Thought it was BS because it never made me sleepy before when taking it am. But I would only be doing about 3iu. Now at 5-6iu am I am a zombie all day. Stopped taking it in the morning and now much better. I always liked an am dose but I just have to tame the dosage down if I am going to do it in the morning. I take a big 5-6iu slug before workout and I am just fine during workout but I am definitely ready to chill once I get home.

I’m struggling to find the energy to go to the gym after work, I don’t like to drink pre workout shakes but I’ve had to do it the past 2 weeks. Otherwise, I end up convincing myself to take an off day lol. Hoping I can figure something out to help my energy level.

Sleepiness, and deeper vivid dreams are very typical to quality HGH usage brother. Sides such as Numbness and swollen hands and feet are typical as well, but usually subside with time

Thanks for the info Karl. I never really have dreams anymore, it’s like a blank screen but I sleep like a baby. I can literally fall asleep in 2 minutes, my wife gets so mad lol. I’m getting my igf-1 pulled next week, curious to see what it says.
