What was your baseline before running these? I was thinking about running them at 6iu ed but from your numbers that wouldn’t be needed.
Not sure exactly but the 3/4 times I’ve got baseline it was always between 200-250
What range do you want to be in for new muscle cell production/growth?
Shit man idk, I been trying to find that out myself but can’t find any number in that, all I find is 6+ iu
