The dosage is individual, of course, and depends on various factors, but as a general guideline:

Start with 120mg, divided into three doses, and assess the effects after a few days. You may then increase it to 160mg per day if needed. If the goal is purely vitality and libido, after a couple of weeks on an effective dosage, you can decrease it slightly and reassess the results.
