+ 4 OLD BASTARDS REGISTRY
We took a collection of names of guys a while back who are now wearing Depends, but it's been a while. So now that we have our own nursing facility, we want to update everything. Please feel free to tell us who you are and your age (if you aren't too embarrassed). That way we can find each other as our minds begin to completely melt down.
Also, please tell us why you're here on eroids... are you looking to add muscle?.. feel better?.. have sex? (we don't provide call girls, so please leave),..OR, maybe you're just a cop who's over 40, looking for that one bust that's going to put a cap on your miserable career and life. Whatever your reason for being here, we're glad to have you---even the the proud members of law enforcement who probably need gear more than any of us.
Welcome to the OLD BASTARD'S CLUB...and remember...GETTIN' OLD AINT FOR SISSYS.

46, weigh 165 today down from 240 18 months ago. I played college/low level minors baseball when I was a pup and I kind of missed being in shape. I got diagnosed with testicular cancer a couple years ago and that is what kicked me in the ass. Now I’m here because trt alone wasn’t doing the trick. I want to be in the best shape of my life by 50 (I’m already getting close)
51 and wondering why I'm always so fucking sore. It didn't use to be like this. On TRT, 160mg a week pinned every other day. Recently started NPP 100mg a week, hoping for some joint relief. Not looking to do a cycle, but I am looking into injectable preworkout. I've tried TNE and tren base so far. I have some mixes coming in as well. I workout 4 days a week, full body mainly with a 60/40 upper bias. Anyway hello to the rest of you old bastards, glad to be here
Forgot to mention 6'3", 237lbs, lost over 100lbs since 2024 and been maintaining my weight now for about 10 months
Just recomping to still lose fat, but add muscle
Edit to fix auto correct
47 years old, been around here close to 15 years about. Took the last 6 years off being fat and lazy. Started back 8 weeks ago now full blown, workout close to 2 hours a day, haven’t had a cheat meal and eat perfect basically. My test level was 155 8 weeks ago, started 200 test cyp TRT through doctor and 1.4 grams tesamorelin everyday before bed.
In the 8 weeks I’ve lost 1 pound total lol, gained 17 pounds lean mass and lost 18 pounds of fat on dexascan, guess I know what I’m doing. Gonna add a little primo in and plan on making even more drastic changes over the next 6 months till I’m sub 10% fat, hopefully around 8%
Man from reading these comments I guess I’m not just the “Old Bastards” club, I’m senior member LOL. 60 years old next month. Rotator cuff surgery with a bicep tenodesis on the left shoulder, full replacement of the right shoulder, and some nasty bouts of covid left me pretty out of shape. Started TRT 13 months ago, lost 52 pounds, in the best shape of my life right now. Happy to be here in this group
I'm 55 & been using for 6 months now. I've trained hard this last few years (natty) without progress. The last 6 months however have seen noticeable gains. It's impossible to make gains after 50 without gear
From personal experience, I know that's not true. You just have to eat and workout as if you were on cycle.
I just turned 50 last week, so I think this is the room I’m supposed to be in.
I ran several cycles between my late 30’s and mid 40’s. Mostly EQ/test. Stopped when I started playing ice hockey again, because 275# isn’t a benefit on ice skates! I’ve been on trt for about 3 years now. Recently suffered a partial shoulder separation and looking to try a cycle of Npp. I would greatly appreciate any input from guys that have run a therapy cycle of Npp
But isn't the ideal goalie 4 feet tall and 6 feet wide???
I’ve never been weird enough to be a hockey goalie.
Place kicker, goalies and other assorted head cases.
Sports would be boring without them though
51 and new to the forum. Looking to pick up some info from others experiences.
52 still doing it, always wanting to get better and making sure I can keep going.
47 will be 48 very soon
Kids say the darndest things...
You’re almost retirement age
Talk like that won't get you very far.
New to the site, 54 years on the planet. Needed TRT due to the amazing impact of being alive so long. Taking TRT is a bit like getting a tattoo, once you get one, it just snowballs. Doing small blasts with cruising in-between. About 2 years of experience now.
Which planet were you on before you came here?
Mars.
Still have an email address there. : [email protected]
Nice!
First and only planet, that I'm aware of at least.
46 and looking better than I ever have and now getting pressure from gym bros to hop on stage…idk about all that but we’ll see
Blimey are you 46??? I would of put you in the 30's bracket for sure!
Gettin all sorts of grey up in there :(
Buddy that's why I no longer grow any stubble along my jaw line as it puts 10 years on me nowadays with it being grey!!!
BUT Beards of any colour go well with a guy who's massive like yourself LOL
Yeh I look at the very least 10 years younger if I shave….but I absolutely hate shaving lol
Pain in the arse isn't it - I've gotta have one now when I get in the shower Lol
45 now. Kids are grown so getting back into it now. Trying to get bigger without messing up the joints.

I feel like I'm working my legs every day on a ketogenic diet and dibencozide. Every day something else hurts and it just keeps going in circles...
Of course I'm here to have sex
At 50. Had to start TRT. Didn’t know shit about any of this till over year or so ago when I lost huge amount mass, but always stayed fit/lean. Been building back since. With the help of several new friends here, learned its all about diet, patience, and slow steady work.
Just have to focus more on mechanics, more reps and less weight for the old tendons.
I feel you. Changing from heavy weight to more reps/sets due to injuries is a bit depressing. But, I'm actually more defined now than my heavy lifting days - and no more injuries! It's worth it. Keep pushing forward.
Oh I’ve been learning and pushing. I’m actually now the leanest (BF) but now close to highest body weight I’ve ever been. It’s a slow marathon now, no hurry, keeps the gains with simpler cycles. Welcome to group.
I miss Gothic and his shenanigans
Turning 44 very soon ..... AAAAAAGGHHHH
Got a feeling I may be looking back on this in 6 years time when & 'if' I make it to 50 - So Hello Me LMAO
Likewise brother, I’ll hit 44 in less than a month. But I can honestly say I’m probably in the best shape of my life right now….for the most part lol
Damn there's loads of us!! there are a few other guys too that I am aware of but they are pretending this forum doesn't apply to them right now LMAO I'll round them up if they fail to show!!!!
Yea man!! I’ve been doing concrete work for 23 years, I stopped drinking and started training again about 6 years ago. Found y’all about 2/3 years ago and my life has never been better!! I feel like I’ve made up for all the years I lost partying and letting my body go!! Cheers!
Yes buddy - drinking is a waste of your Life and money, its never too late to turn things around mate!
Damn you a young buck. Ill be 49 this year. Almost a quarter century
Yeh you don't seem it at all though mate!!
Yeah my wife says im immature too. Lol
HAHAHA Do you have to just nod and agree to that one pumped if you want a peaceful night Lmao
Pick and choose your battles. #1 rule to a successful marriage
Have you learnt to just stick to the ones with a 99.9% success rate LOL
Lol pretty much
I just turned 44. It’s not so bad Press, come on in, the water is fine
Hey Bro - You made it to the other side!!! So you didn't wake up speaking in a different language or having grown a third arm on your back then?! Lmao
THE BIG QUESTION: Can we still get away with saying we are 'early' 40's??!! Lmfao
lol, no, none of that. What I did notice, a few months back, were all these red hairs popping up out of nowhere in my dark brown beard. Red as fire! I thought to myself, fuck yeah, I’m mutating into the God of War! Then I googled it, and sadly, in some people, they turn red before they go grey. Damn it!
Hey you've done well if you've only just started transitioning mate Lmao! Baldness definitely hit me first of all before anything, then if that wasn't bad enough stubble and hair both decided to morph me into a silverback so there is no chance of fooling the girls now about my age. I imagine though that going 'red' makes you look younger rather than older though?!
