+ 4 OLD BASTARDS REGISTRY

ad

We took a collection of names of guys a while back who are now wearing Depends, but it's been a while. So now that we have our own nursing facility, we want to update everything. Please feel free to tell us who you are and your age (if you aren't too embarrassed). That way we can find each other as our minds begin to completely melt down.
Also, please tell us why you're here on eroids... are you looking to add muscle?.. feel better?.. have sex? (we don't provide call girls, so please leave),..OR, maybe you're just a cop who's over 40, looking for that one bust that's going to put a cap on your miserable career and life. Whatever your reason for being here, we're glad to have you---even the the proud members of law enforcement who probably need gear more than any of us.
Welcome to the OLD BASTARD'S CLUB...and remember...GETTIN' OLD AINT FOR SISSYS.

41 years old, been training hard for last couple years. Working on getting my diet dialed in. Was always a hard gainer, but as I have aged, my appetite has increased and can maintain weight better. I did a short 5 week cycle of 40mg TBOL (balkan) before Christmas (I know, no oral only cycles). It was great, very nice lean gains about 12 lbs and I have kept all of it and strength too. Putting together a cycle of Test E at the moment, first time with test. Had blood-work done at VA months ago, T levels were just above 400ng. I am 6' 212lbs now, need to check body-fat, but guessing about 18%. Looking to add a few more pounds and decrease body-fat some. Anyone who has experience with research meds for pct, please give me your insight! Thanks. And I gotta say that I really enjoy this site. All of the info that is available to us now is awesome!

43 yr old male here and looking into starting my first ever cycle. This is a great site, with lots of solid info (the best I have found). Currently lifting weights 4 times a week. Been training (weights) for over 10 years, always been 'hardgainer' (even tho i hate that term).
In my final year of study to become a nutritionist.

Currently 150 lbs, 5'11", 14% bf...have been 170 lbs (22%bf) and been 138 lbs (9% bf) over the past 3 years - various dietary experiments.

So ideally I'd like to be at around 175 and 9% bf...and seriously considering my first ever cycle (Test Cyp sitting in the fridge).

jmac's picture

bhsc.. Man I would luv to pick yor brain about nutrition. this is my 11th week on my diet Currently i'm 173 at 8% 5ft 7in. Im worried about being catobolic. Protein is 1 gram per pound. low carb for 4 days moderate carb for 3. I'm not using aas at this moment.I want to get fat as low as possible before i start cycle of masteron tren and anavar. Any help would be appreciated.

bhsc's picture

Jmac...happy to offer advice. Got a few questions for you...so has fat loss stalled? or are you worried you're losing muscle as well? if so, how do you know...are you measuring? what do you consider low carb/mod carb? If fat loss is your goal, you need to be in catabolic state (of course holding on to as much muscle as possible...which involves nutrient timing). I'm sure any minor muscle loss will be easily gained back when you start cycle.
Maybe friend/PM me for more in depth about your diet.

Gorillafit's picture

Its bhsc's first cycle ever. jmac is trying to pic bhsc's brain on diet/nutrition.
All those acronyms get confusing huh? LOL ;-P

Gorillafit's picture

But he doesn't mention first cycle ever that's why I said that. I should know better by now. Grrrrl is on top of her game! ;-P

Gorillafit's picture

Cool, I thought that you thought that bhsc was responding to tread and had mentioned it was his first cycle ever but was actually jmac, who yea should probably have a base compound in there, ya think? ;-P

Gorillafit's picture

It looks like you got the hard part licked already, the diet. That Cyp doesn't need refridgeration (room temp 68-76 F), it might crystalize, besides it'll be thicker and hard to draw.

jmac's picture

jmac here. I found this site to check out the rating of a couple of sources I was considering. I joined so I could give a rating for them. I cant yet cause karma is too low. I'm 41 and extremely dedicated to my diet and training,on the juice or not. For me it is truly a way of life. I use the VDAD system. Visualise Decide Action Desire This has served me well in BB and in all other areas of life

Just checkin back in with the fossil club lol. Got my first bench meet of the season April 15th in Pittsburgh. Started my training phases a little earlier than usual and I've already popped a 360 raw at 178 bw and I'm 54yrs old! That is due to a lot of hard work and some very legit gear that I found on this forum. I have to thank eroids for putting together the most comprehensive aas site there is. On no other boards (and I belong to a lot) can you discuss and critique sources and product like you can here. Its all about finding viable gear and learning to use it safely and sanely. Thank you Mods and props to Tread for showing me the light about C&B. Peace guys.

Just checking in. 43 and I only feel old for a day or two after I exercise... So I guess that is most of the time! 6'1", 180lb, 12%BF. Doing okay but sure ain't easy and I want more!

Insomnious's picture

50 year old raisin head 6'1 215 who drags his frail, sagging arse to the gym 3x weekly. Have become quite good at ignoring the snickering of others as I enter the weight room - or maybe it's just hearing loss. Hoping to find a senior discount on clen.

I'm 41 years old, 5' 10", 210 lbs, body fat % unknown at this time.....LOL. I'd been working out for the better part of my adult life but have not seen the inside of a gym in the last year and it shows. I lost focus and momentum because of my ongoing divorce but I am ready to get back on the horse. I am a true believer that AAS and HGH are a Godsend. I was able to recover extraordinarily well and quickly from knee, hand and elbow surgeries due to HGH and DECA along with physical therapy. A good friend introduced me to this site and I couldn't be more pleased. The reviews, forums and willingness of members to help each other are awesome. I hope to enjoy this site for a long time.

45 years in a few weeks. I've been lifting off on and on for ten years. I use to be a stick thin then in my thirties I started putting on weight. I peaked at 250 lbs, now I'm anbout 232lbs at 5'11". When I quit smoking 6 years ago I gained 30 lbs practically overnight. I then developed acid reflux which really bugged me while working out and I gained even more weight.

I've cut out gluten which seems to be the major culprit so that's gotten better. Now I really want to lose my gut and get some good muscle before it's too late.

Right now I'm on a cycle and I'm entering the eroids challenge.

Mike_D's picture

Dropping the gluten has been pivotal to so many success stories man. I'm 46 and in the fitness industry 25+ years . .like all had slipped some. I'm fortunate to be tight with good names in the industry. Just decided to step up from TRT levels to a bit higher . .or the hours in the gym just don't show enough. Anyhow- grab the book "WHEAT BELLY" - excellent source for living gluten free and healing the gut/ inflammation.

Old fart 41y.o. Can hardly believe it. Started lifting in 1993. Been mostly cardio the past ten years, just now switching back. 5-10 170 9% bf

I can honestly say this is by far the most superior forum relating to gear I have yet found, and that at 41 i am an old fart and I know it.

VIKING EVOLUTION's picture

welcome brother.

Been "lurking" for about 3 months, will turn 43 in March. I've always been very active with sports, but really started lifting seriously about 3 years ago. Just finished a cycle of var, saw decent results but I am looking for quite a bit more. I have been checking out the site on and off trying to get some info on a beginner test cycle. I'm in it for the long haul...screw father time! Oh yeah...6'1", 195 lbs. bf ~12%

meangreene69's picture

You would be correct in your interpretation. I got cut up pretty nice for a 42 y.o., but it seems like all of that is fading a bit. And no, I haven't had any blood work done in a while. I am planning on running a test cycle starting in Feb/Mar, I need to do a little more research. I actually have some pro hormones but realized that it isn't worth all of the sides, why not just go with the real gear?

VIKING EVOLUTION's picture

try a d/bol,test,deca cycle if you dont gain on that you never will, research everything on here you cannot fail, good luck.

meangreene69's picture

I am definitely going to start with a test cycle. I was talking to a guy at my gym and he is also adding HCG to his Test P. Does anyone have thoughts on this? I am looking for suggestions on a first cycle if anyone can help. Smile

Been here for a few months, JUST turned 41. Several year layoff due to laziness, torn achilles, torn labrum, and torn bi had me at 235lbs and feeling like crap. Went back to the gym last year because was going on vacation and didnt want to be fat 40 year old on the beach! Lost 35 lbs in 3 months by busting my arse. Now strength is up and feeling 20 something! Weighing around 222lbs 4 1/2 weeks in on 500mg cidos and BF is going down. Can't wait for summer!
