I'm seeing a message therapist now.....Before her, I was seeing a waitress, but she had too many personal issues.
Anyway, if you guys can spare a 50 dollar bill once per week, your training and body will benefit big time. Had my first one ever today, and it was fantastic....She even did my ass, which great considering all grrl does is PINCH mine.

All I can say is it works. Drink plenty of water before and after because toxins will come out of you that have been hanging around a long time. Second most relaxing thing I've ever done. Number one is the effects after a good round of sex. Just saying. Just thought of this, that is why asian massage parlors give happy ending. They have terrible masseuses.
massage is great for people like us. move some lactic acid around..and other toxins. rub some knots out, and other tight spots in the muscles.
I have one that comes to my house twice a week..Plus she does aroma therapy as well which is great.

I tried one of those massages before and let me tell u i was so dam sore the next day cuz they pretty much contract ur muscles for you its like a very painful workout but you get used to it.... Plus those massages are very benificial to anybody who works out on a daily, prevents u from injuries and alows you to hit those deeper muscle fibers on ur lifts..mostly all the pros do it... (no homo on the sore part) lol
