BOOM ITS BULK TIME!!!! Here we go Boyz & Gurlz, its finally time to get big again! No more booty shorts and half shirts walking through the mall for Ed with 6 inch spikes thank God!
Its Ed day instead of groundhog day. Once he packs away all tapioca puddin and hail damage hanging out of his shorts and slidez on his leggings and flannel duck dynasty shirt we know we can BEGIN THE BIG EATS! Goofy phuker and his aimless walk around the food court blowing a duckcall with a mouth and pocket full of cordog 7's finest with mustard all through his beard and intertwining nose hair! Makes me wanna thrkw up in my pants just thinking about it!
OK we've put it off long enough, the idea is bulk folks. That does not mean pork up so you appear to be wearing cammo at walmart blending in with the fattest laziest country on earth. It means big lifts, big kitchen but might wanna leave the twinkiez for the people parking in wheelchair spotz driving electric carts who have actually eaten their way to a handicap sticker and type 2 diabetes!
So for me i roll dirty in the first half of one of these often then clean and big to finish but clean and big the whole ride is not a bad thought either. By dirty i mean i have been known to eat a tub of ckttahe cheese over a day with my big eats and yes maybe even an ocassional pizza with all meat topping convincing myself "its carbs and protein right?" Lmao....well honestly the big clean route is the way to go even if you end up with a few cheat meals in the first half of the rjde.
I might say look back through our success storiez in the bulk comps and maybe get with some of those people and take some advice. I can think of one right off. Our own Shrapnel put a hardcore beatdown on the competition and if I remember right pulled on over 40 lbs and it was a nice 40 too! I still remember all the tears and crying by the competition and theif coaches. It wasba sad day for sportsmanship! Lmao
Alright lets do the dayum thang. Keep in mind...neither myself or Carlos want to yield 1000 pm's wifh your cry storiez about your baby momma or you're in the middle of a herpes breakout and scabbed up blah blah blah! If you can't follow the rules and meet the deadlines then you can't play!

AnonHOWS EVERYONE DOING? Who's neck deep in some grub right now? I've been doing this diet lately prepping myself for a recomp. I'm a natural endomorph(bad genetics) and I pretty much am totally fucked. I need a high kcal to be able to keep my eyes open or have enough energy to put in a solid 8hrs at work. But I also have the endo curse where carbs are a deadly sin. So in the spirit of sharing and spreading the Eroids gospel let's see some diets. Don't be nervous about losing your edge in the competition if you post your diet. You can write down the best diet but still not have the heart and drive to follow it through. I'll start, here's my recomp diet put together from Exgearslinger and the last EBC champ Italian, thank you gentlemen. (Goal is to keep my mass while eating clean enough to drop a few lbs and BF%)
7:00am:
10 egg whites mixed w/1cup unsweetened almond milk and 1 cup of oatmeal
8:00am:
2scoops whey 2cups whole milk 1egg mixed berries 2tbs cold milled flax see 1cup nonfat yogurt
10:00am:
8oz. Chicken and 1 cup of rice (jazmine)
12:30pm:
7 oz. tuna, 1 large yams potato and another hydrolized protein
3:00pm:
7 oz. tuna and 1 cup of rice (brown)
5:30pm:
12 oz cicken breast and 1 cup of rice jazmine and or green beans
8:00pm:
8 oz. 12oz Talapia or cod and 1 cup broccoli
10:00pm:
2scoops casein protein shake..............
I'll run this for the first 8 wks of my cycle. Re-evaluate based on results and change what I need to. I'm into changing up the rice from brown to jasmine cuz brown is horrible and I've never tried jasmine rice before. Also it's boring to eat the same shit all day. One thing I've noticed so far is I wake up starving. I attribute that to the fish for my last real meal. Stuff burns so fast. Kind of excited by that. I originally had planned on not having much fish in this plan. But after speaking with Italian he recommended I add fish to my diet. That's where you see the 7oz of tuna and the Talapia or cod. No red meat this diet. My last bulk diet was lots of red meat and chicken. So hopefully I can pull this one off. It will be a challenge but I love testing my discipline, so far down 2 clean lbs in 12 days. nothing crazy but I'm aas free and very little cardio

AnonNo never actually even counted a single calorie of it. Told ex and Italian my exact goals and took some from here Nd some from there based on what I know has worked in the past for me.
I am a huge believer in going with what works! That why I tell people all the time don't be stuck with one thing, try different thing and gauge progress.
I'll just post my favorite shake cuz it all else changes to fit my macros based on whatever the fuck floats my boat at that point in time. So, super shake
700ml whole milk
2 scoops chocolate syntha 6 (50g protein roughly)
1 tbsp honey
1 cup dried strawberries
Half a nanner
1/2 whole oats
Blend that fucker up and enjoy!

Plus 1 shot of Test C, Sust 350, EQ and tren e. Gonna be 4 of those shots per week. 50mg dbol 50mg drol per day first 4 weeks with milk thistle loved checked every 2 weeks all normal so far

nicely done mexy, this diet looks right on point, sure u will shredd a lot of fat, should be able to build more muscle tissue while decresing fat, im sure ull do good, on one last note u wake up starving after bed meal, i would get up in the night and snack on egg white boiled and the in the fridge already peelede or hydrolized protein shake......... again diet looks solid...

Got a question for you. When starting at a lower weight. Do u strictly recommend a low volume high intensity set up or would running a blend of both intensity and volume to build mass faster? I've done both bro. I've blended all of my routines to incorporate some medium to heavy intensity but I add some fst7 stuff and lots of drops and compounds for volume. But I'm already 240-250 depending if I had a BM yet. For the smaller dudes looking to pack it on what would u recommend?

for that i reccomend volume and intesity try and keep all ure reps so that u ca manage to always put in 6 to 13 reps i always do 4 sets for everything one to warm up(so my muscle knows whats coming) and the other 3 till death meaning failure, exept friday were i do only leg press for 11 sets always to the point were im about to throw up meaning failure, u know they say u gotta eat big to get big, well once u have that in check, same thing applys for lifting, lift big get big, rememeber more microfractures u can put in ure muscle more u can recover grow extra tissue consequence u been bigger, very important use weights u can lift cause form is also key to perfect growth, always try and push ure self to the brinck.

Check with Carlos but he will normally OK a different newspaper as long as its a major one and has the date visible with a major headline
AnonNo bro I don't like that screen stuff. Find another national newspaper like Wall Street journal or New York Times. If you can't find those use a local paper but keep in mind everyone will know where you live from now on.

I took an extra pic at the same time i took the others but with a local paper just in case the usa today on the computer pic wouldn't work but I really didn't feel comfortible showing the reagion I live in. Are my pics ok or do I absolutely have to upload my other pic? If I do win anything I could prove those pics were taken that day, besides that I'm not a cheater.
