Getting ready to run my 4th cycle

ad

Alright guys, I’ve ran 3 cycles now of Test E at 500mg/weekly. End of cycle 3 I was noticing that i didn’t gain quite as much mass as the prior two cycles so I’m thinking it’s time to up the dosage and maybe add something else in. I’ve been thinking of running 750mg test E/weekly as I have had good results with it, bloods are coming back good with consistent levels, and off cycle I still feel great. I was also considering adding in 50mg anavar from weeks 8-12 of my cycle. My diet is good, I eat strictly Whole Foods, 1.5gal of water daily. I workout 6 days a week normally with light cardio to end each workout but I’m currently doing a fitness challenge called “75 Hard” so I’m working out 7 days a week twice a day.

Currently 6’4/245lbs around 13% body fat as of 2 weeks ago which may be a little off from extreme weight loss and loose skin.

If we kept gaining the same amount of weight each cycle, some of us would be 500lb gorillas by now. If I can net a couple pounds from a cycle now, I am a happy camper. Usually increasing/adding compounds results in more unwanted sides not so much more muscle gained. Stacking compounds now mostly boils down to the type of look I want. Diet just becomes more important the further in your cycling career that you get and you have to pay more attention to the finer details to really make a cycle work now.
Try it but you still won't gain like you did the first couple of cycles.

Very true, I’d love to be a 500lb gorilla lol I keep a super strict diet these days as I gain weight easily when I try cheat meals, not worth it to me. But I’m thinking I’ll just stick with what works, 500mg and be happy with any new gains! As long as we stay headed in the right direction, the less problematic the better!

I don't know bro, I'd much rather be a 250lb man and live life, be able to do human tasks like drive a car etc as opposed to being a 500lb gorilla, but hey to each his own.

When you hit 40 and you start growing hair in unwanted places it’s a little like regressing back to being an ape. I’m just waiting until I start dragging my knuckles along the floor…..

LMFAO!! So true - do you get the hair shooting out from the ears now too??! Bloody barber always wants to wax it off but I tell him no I'll do it myself. Had the nose wax a few times and man that bugger brings tears to my eyes.

I was up to 225 at one point. Most uncomfortable time in my life. Couldn't even put my hand behind my head. Life is much more enjoyable at 205.

I still am very active outside the gym and race dirtbikes at a professional level, so I completely understand lol I am on the bigger side to be racing at this level still. May have to live out one dream or the other and stop racing soon.

I have not tried 750mg yet, was just debating if I wanted to give it a try or see if it was even worth it! Really trying to get some nice lean muscle mass and get shredded. Thank you for the input! And for the protein I’m eating around 280-300g daily.

Diet and adequate gym time will ultimately dictate your results, not necessarily what/how much AAS you take. I personally know weekend warrior gym rats who inject tren till it leaks our their ears, but look natty...no joke

I’m very consistent with diet and also make sure I get my vitamins in me, I workout very consistently and feel I’m very disciplined in the gym. I am seeing results and I’m definitely happy with them, just always striving to be better and do better. And that’s where these forums come in to play, just want to make sure I keep myself heading down the right path, and staying safe. Can never have enough knowledge and the only dumb question is one that’s not asked, I’d just rather not assume!

People naturally seem to think that steroids just build muscle no matter what you do. If they only knew the real secrete is their diet. Diet is what separates the men from the boys in this game.
