The secret blood pressure med

ad

My resting heart rate sits around 68-72 normally, but in a really good cuddle session, with lots of deep purring it goes down to 64. Between trt doses, good diet, being very fit and the cat melting away my stress I'm seeing consistently 110/60 BP.
Get a pet, theres a reason they say it adds years to your life, and life to your years.

Depends on the animal. I have a cat that calms me down and puts me in a good mood, then I have another cat that's a little asshole and stresses me the fuck out and ups my RHR and BP for sure.

Lmao my pitbull was like both of those, she was either being an angel and making me the chillest dude- or trying to kill everything with 4 legs and making me tackle her into the dirt to prevent an incident, no in between. I didn't fight my ex wife in the divorce for her because I knew in the state I was at the time, we would end up bad for eachother
I've got scars on my hand from saving the neighbors cat from her.
Pitties are great dogs but the breed does have its issues, we had her from a puppy and did extensive puppy school etc, she just always had a super high prey drive that couldn't be worked out.
