Damn we came a long way boys, I took this pic the day before i went to rehab a year ago today i was a disgusting 140 pound drug addict 28 years old years into being a drug dumpster doing fentanyl oxys weed booze and everything else i could get my hands on, i was on the verge of death and had no desire to live or change. Something finally clicked after a near death experience and i decided to get help. Fast forward to today man im fucking glad i did it. It definitely had its time where i questioned the process, but going from 140lb to gaining a boatload of fat in rehab at 200lb to my current state of 160lb this is proof no matter how far gone you feel it’s never too late to change.
