Looking for some input on my diet.

Alright guys I know some of you are like a book of knowledge and I’m just seeking a little input. I’ve laid out below my basic daily protein intake. Just to be clear i do change around some of the items and substitute many other things, I just shoot to be around the 400g of protein daily. Also I am on 500mg Test E with this being my first cycle 2 weeks in. I’m currently 6’4 around 240lbs and around 20% body fat +/-. My main goal is to put on good mass with my diet. I workout 5-6 days a week for around 2 hours plus an hour of cardio at the end of each workout. Is there anything that stands out to you guys I should adjust further? More or less protein? Calories are around 3000-4000 daily

Base Meal Plan
Meal 1:
-6x Large Eggs (36g protein)
-Protein Shake 2c milk 1 scoop (41g protein)
-Large Banana (1.3g protein)

Meal 2:
-2 packets of tuna (32g protein +/-)
-2 cups chick pea pasta (50g protein)
-2 cups vanilla yogurt (24g protein

Meal 3:
-6oz 90/10 ground beef (44g protein)
-Spinach mix

Meal 4:
-6-8oz Chicken (48-64g protein)
OR 10oz shrimp (62g protein)
-2 cup white rice (8.6g protein)
-Protein Mixed Berry Smoothie (40g protein)

Meal 5:
-Protein Shake 2 scoop 2c milk (66g protein)
-6 strawberries or other fruit (1g protein)

Drop the bodyfat before you try and bulk. Just going to gain more fat than muscle if starting out at 20% bodyfat, which is likely higher since we tend to underestimate BF if not using calipers.

Very hard to personally scale body fat with excess skin from extreme weight loss. 20% would be on the higher end in all honesty. Thank you for the link!

Have you got the full macro break down?

Between which meals do you workout?

As BigHulk said some healthy fats wouldn’t go a miss, at least 90g of healthy fats in my opinion.

I don’t have the full Macro break down on me right now but I always eat between meals 3&4 and try to eat my last meal before 7:30pm

Protein totals are correct for the way I’m preparing the meals, I have subbed in some healthy fats as well but starting to think I should add a little more (or maybe more then I think) I’m only 2 weeks into this diet so I’m not sure exactly how my body is adjusting to it yet. I feel very good, full of energy, and very full at the end of the day. I’m just trying not to gain much fat, just healthy muscle. But I definitely appreciate the input and I’m hoping someone like Makwa sees this!
