Returning After Injury: Body Recomp Help!
Hey guys just got on here and am looking for some help. I use to train hard and naturally but then i got Neuropathy in my legs and have battled to get them healthy again, this makes it hard to get back to my squats, deadlifts etc.. I'm finally cleared for full gym and granted after this whole thing i became very discouraged when i would go into the gym because it hurt my ego of knowing how my ability use to be... anyways I've got back in and stuck with it for the last 3 months, I've noticed all my muscle memory coming back, mood improvements etc. Its Great to be back!!! while my legs are still building strength and taking it slow doing the necessary physical therapy but also making sure my form is perfect. I've got my Meals back on track, weighing logging and tracking my meals, daily scaling for weight, bf, etc. I'm going to the gym 4x a week and am seeing progress. Given my situation talking with physical therapist etc. I'm looking to potentially try a lose dose Reta and Test e cycle to help a little bit. I've been researching endlessly on what to do and also looked into peptides doing a Reta stacked with ig1-lr3 or something like Reta ostraine and tesa.

You need 5 karma to post pics, doesn’t take long. If you plan on recomp and not just weight loss, your calories are too low bro. You don’t have lean mass to spare. What caused the neuropathy? Test should be fine, but Reta does have effects on the nerves (not harmful) called dysesthesia. Tirz doesn’t have this, try that instead. It’s also cheaper. Also, if you’re gonna run test, plan ahead your pcp, and don’t worry about those other peps. That’s unnecessary cost and tirz+test you’re gonna be on a tear. Trust.
Compressed Nerves caused this and oh okay thank you! will be making a more sufficient log then!
