Nolvadex dosing

How much Nolvadex should I be taking to reverse puffy nipples on cycle? I'm currently on 500 test for 7 weeks and had puffy nipples start appearing at 5 weeks, a week after I upped the dose to 500. I started taking more arimidex at 0.75 every other day but haven't noticed much change to my nipples. I've started taking 10mg daily of Nolvadex but I don't know if that's enough. Should I up the dose to 20mg?

How long has it been since you upped your arimidex, are giving it enough time so see or need to up it? I never had to do both at the same time. If i wanted my estro numbers to stay they same but wanted to rid the nips i would do 10mg nolva a day. If i want to bring my estro down a bit id do .25mg arimidex every 3 days. Shouldn't need to do both and waste the other. Either ip your arimidex or do 20mg nolva. Whats your goal here? Lose puffy or lose estro? Pick one and stick to it. Just my bro science.
