We also have a start date for you competitors. Final deadline for entry pics is September 7th 2014 @ 11:59pm PST. Final deadline for final pics is November 30th @ 11:59pm PST.
Thats 11wks away folks. So get your battle plans lined out. Diet needs to be fine tuned and hard wired. Get your gear game right and your support groups ready. You'll need every facet of competition gone over and over so that way when it's time to hit the Arena floor you are ready to mark your mark!

AnonIt's a full 12 wks. You'll have until 11:59pm PST on Sept 7th to submit your entry pix. And final closing pix must be submitted by 11:59pm PST of Nov 30th
So Carlos, what your saying is instead of waitjnf until November to start my cycle like I should, I should say fuck it and jump back on in September. God dammit why is my time off always at the wrong time. Kidding about jumping back on, I guess I'll sit this one out.
We're obviously not going to encourage unsafe cycling, but like to think we've given a decent amount of prep time to get yourself in
order for the ebc with 11 weeks.
Might be a slow question but oh well
When we submit pics September those will be b4 pics right then we start our cycles then and give a layout what are goals are

Hell yeah! Time for me to lean up just a tad to prepare. Just an FYI to my fellow competitors, if you are preparing yourself for the ebc by not training and eating donuts then I don't respect you. That may make good before and afters, but ill make more net progress.

Hey Carlos appreciate everything you do and its good to see you back! Do you guys ever need judges? I've been wanting to help with this for a while but lately have been sick and have to travel a lot for work so I'd currently get destroyed competing but I think most people who know me know I'm fair and unbiased..and I also spend a ton of time on the site, forums, and cycle logs...just thought I'd ask brotha...again much love for all you do -ToT
