We also have a start date for you competitors. Final deadline for entry pics is September 7th 2014 @ 11:59pm PST. Final deadline for final pics is November 30th @ 11:59pm PST.
Thats 11wks away folks. So get your battle plans lined out. Diet needs to be fine tuned and hard wired. Get your gear game right and your support groups ready. You'll need every facet of competition gone over and over so that way when it's time to hit the Arena floor you are ready to mark your mark!

No, I just finished a cycle and started PCT, so that wouldn't be enough time to recover. If there is another one depending on when it is I might. I have a bulk lined out for first of the year.
War plan as been laid down, Going to be lean bulker in my opinion the most beautiful look for a bodybuilder full and and very thin skin, gonna try to get to 220 and try ans finish with a nice 6-7 BF%, this gonna be the biggest I,got without retaining water and fat!!!
