We also have a start date for you competitors. Final deadline for entry pics is September 7th 2014 @ 11:59pm PST. Final deadline for final pics is November 30th @ 11:59pm PST.
Thats 11wks away folks. So get your battle plans lined out. Diet needs to be fine tuned and hard wired. Get your gear game right and your support groups ready. You'll need every facet of competition gone over and over so that way when it's time to hit the Arena floor you are ready to mark your mark!

AnonI just realized I never established a date for when we will begin allowing entry pix to be submitted. In the past it's been a week or so prior to the Entry pic deadline. I'll need to talk with BFG about this. We still are a long ways off so no big deal. Once the page is created by BFG you will be allowed to submit entry pix. All updates will be announced here

This is my first ebc. I get the general idea...get swoler than anyone else. But as this is a free for all how will it be judged. Will it be greatest progress from start picture to end picture? I saw that one guy was going to cut. I'd like a lean bulk/recomp.
