Any suggestions?

ad

Hello guys!

I'm planning on starting my first real cycle next week. I've been on 200mg/wk of test c for about a year, starting with pharma from the doc and ending with UGL. I've been off completely for a couple weeks because I needed my levels to drop before seeing my doctor later this week. He'll give me a new rx for 200 (as long as my levels aren't still so high). I'm also doing 2IU HGH daily, 5mg tirzepatide/wk (rx) and 1mg reta/wk. But my plan is to go to:

300 mg Test C /wk
150 NPP /wk
Either stay at 2 IU or maybe go to 3IU HGH
Occasional 12.5 mg Anavar pre-workout on hardest days.

I aim for a minimum of 200g protein every day, aim for 2000kcal, usually get 1800-2300, only at the high end when I purposely get extra carbs before a workout. Currently just under 270, would like to sit at 250 with a lot more muscle, may cut down to 225 or so first then try to lean bulk back up, or just get to 250 and try to maintain while recomping, but haven't decided that yet.

I would appreciate any honest suggestions. Oh, and I'm 51, by the way. No worries about fertility or anything like that.

Thanks!

Using Anavar as a pre workout once in a while is a complete waste of money. You can do that with Dbol but not anavar, it will do absolutely nothing for you.

Ok, thanks. Im not interested in D-Bol, so I'll save the anavar for if/when I get to 225.

I agree with Coach. At your weight, 2000 calories is most likely just gonna cause your body to fight like crazy to hold onto fat. I would seriously consider upping the calories for a few weeks and you'd be amazed at how much easier the fat drops off.

I've lost 65 pounds so far. I'm dropping about 3 lbs per week currently. If I stall for more than a couple weeks, I do plan to up them a little.

You need to keep cutting. Focus on losing fat. Preworkout Anavar is BS, placebo at best.

Also, your calories are way too low for a guy your size

Thanks for the response. I saw Glassguru's comment first, so responded to him first. I also forgot to mention that is my current intake, and I do plan to up it a bit once on cycle. I do have a physical disability, so other than lifting on workout days, my life is quite sedentary, so I don't burn a lot of extra calories.
