Estradiol question
ad
Hi,
Am currently on 300mg week Sus and on my last week.
Took a blood test week 5-6 for results as follows:
Total test 2965
Free test 795
Estradiol 75
My question is would you guys take Ai for that E2 number regardless of feeling any side effects or not?
I took 12.5 of aromasin every 4 days for a couple weeks and retook E2 test, came back 29 so I started taking aromasin 1 time a week.
Took a test last week for test and e2 , still waiting for the testosterone results but e 2 came back today at 75.
I inject Thursday-Sunday

75 us oerfect for me live the growth on 85. With 75 id be on 10mg nolva and no AI
Appreciate all the answers!! So here'san addon that I didn't mention, because I thinks it's fucking weird!! So around week 6 I found a lump in my pec!! Thought gyno straight away. The only problem is I didn't get any of the puff nipples or sensitivity!! So I wasn't sure of it was gyno at all. I started taking 25 nolva and aro! The lump was a good size and has shrunken so much already. So it must have been gyno but am so pissed that I didn't get the signs at all!!
Would you recommend keep taking nolva and stop aro since estradiol is only 75??
There you go man gyno IS a symptom!! So yes you need to take an Ai and knock your estrogen down some and keep taking the Nolvadex until the lump is gone. If Nolvadex doesn’t work switch to Raloxifene.
Yeah Nolva has shrunken it it almost nothing now. Am currently only taking 10mg.
If you aren't feeling any side effects, I wouldn't take the AI at all. Your T/E2 ratio is 39, and the reference range is 10-30.
Look at the ratio, not just e2. E2 helps protect your lipids, you just don't want to get bitch tits or mood swings. If no symptoms a 75 on 3000 is like 40:1. You're good.
Oops, I answered before I saw that you already gave the same info. I agree.
Its all good. I like seeing everyone's input.
Yes you should if your E2 is too high it is silently doing damage even if you have no symptoms. Its ok for a bit to have it a little elevated but not high.
High estrogen can cause
-Gyno
-erectile dysfunction
-bloating
-fatigue
-increase risk of stroke, blood cots, heart disease
-Prostate damage
-bone density loss
This is not “Bro Science” its actual proven FACTS. There is a reason why you are supposed to keep your estrogen in check when on gear.
While I agree, I wouldnt necessarily call 75 too high. Getting close, but prob not an Aromasin situation.
This has always been simple for me. I feel a tingle in my nipple, I hit an aromasin haha
Same. My tits for high e2, my bad knee for low e2
Yes! Knee starts hurting, take a couple dbol lol
I base mine off acne strangely enough. When my zits start becoming cystic, I know my E2 is too high. Aromasin 2x a week for 2 weeks and it goes back to baby whiteheads. Took me a long fucking time to realize this correlation. Using primo now as my "AI" to try and keep E2 levels more consistent and in a good range.
Low E2 is actually worse for HDL, cardiovascular, and even bone density. This is why ratio of e2 to total T and symptoms are more important. Your body is trying to help you by increasing e2, but we don't want tits and mood swings.
Yeah Low E2 is not good either that is why balance is key and why there is a range of “Normal” values.
This is the correct answer
No. I never take without and sides. It took getting over 500mg a week to ever start feeling any sides and for me it was emotional. At this point I manage e2 with Primo but I’m never in reference range. Always higher.
