+ 62 Eroids Body Challenge EBC 2019 Spring Cutter
WAKE THE HELL UP EROIDS!
On behalf of Eroids, BFG and the Mods, I am so proud to be able to announce to everyone that the Eroids Body Challenge is officially back! As I was discussing the structure of the new EBC with Admin, I knew I needed a strong partner to help me return the EBC to glory. I got my wish in spades!!
Please join me in welcoming one of our great members to the EBC Board of Trustees, Makwa! As you might imagine, I was very excited when Makwa accepted my invitation to help me organize the EBC. Mak it’s on an crackin’ homie!
After four long years of hiatus, the EBC has resurrected.
The EBC will have a few new tweaks to it to make it safer and smarter for everyone across the board. From a new prize system to a new scoring criteria. Our hope is to create a structure to make the EBC a regular source of community pride once more.
SAVE THE DATE
Beginning on 3/9/19 at 0000hrs midnight PST the submission button will be active and members can start submitting their pics. The deadline for entry pics is on 3/16/19 @ 2359hrs PST. The competition will run a full 12 wks. You will have a 10 day window to submit your final pics starting at 0000hrs PST on 5/29/19. The deadline for final pics will be 6/8/19 @ 2359hrs PST.
What is the target goal of the EBC 2019?
EBC 2019 Spring Cutter!!!
This goal was chosen to closely follow the traditional season goals. We want to help you get your Summer Bods ready. We also wanted to end the competition with enough time for you all to enjoy showing off the hard work with enough summer left to hit the beach!
Each successive EBC will have different target goals but we will do our best to follow the season and or competition calendar as to not cross any wires and short circuit some of your comp plans.
More to come
Makwa and I are still making a few last minute tweaks and the Prize Sponsors are still coming on board. While that takes place please begin planning your season around the aforementioned competition dates. We hope to have a large field of competitors.
Soon you will see an additional FAQ thread to be the place that Makwa and I can help answer any questions you might have. The final rules still need a couple of more finishing touches and then we will post them in the FAQ thread as well.
Here is a link to the EBC competition pages in case you’re not sure if you want to join or if you’re not sure what an EBC is exactly.

I can promise you all one thing and that this Makwa and I will work our asses off to be as diligent and accessible to the EBC as possible. This was not brought together on a whim. The EBC is something that has always been a tremendous source of pride for me personally and I’m sure it will soon be for Mak as well. Thanks again to BFG , Pale and Greg for their support.

18k and counting! wow.
This thing is gonna be legendary.
WOW!!!
BFG, CARLOS DANGER, MAKWA and all the SPONSORS and others involved in making this come back (wasn't around for past ones) a big THANK YOU!!!
There are not to many communities where the members are genuinely interested in each others well being but I have found that here and have enjoyed learning and sharing with several others on this unique platform.
A contest where we can have a friendly competition among us can only bring this community together even more so and allow for many to reach new goals and personal bests.
Very excited to see how everyone turns things up a notch to bring forth their best ever conditioning regardless of experience level or body type.
May God Bless everyone and keep everyone healthy and safe!
Train for PURPOSE!!!!

The EBC thread has not been created as of yet. Once it is I will post a link here and possibly a banner will be posted up at the top of the screen. All you need to join will be following the instructions I lay out for you in the EBC thread. Follow them to the letter and submit your pics before the stroke of midnight on 3/16.
And yes anyone worldwide can join.
Well, that just made the decision of when to start my tren blast so much easier lol!
Looks interesting and that prize pot is hard to ignore.
how do you join?
The EBC thread has not been created as of yet. Once it is I will post a link here and possibly a banner will be posted up at the top of the screen. All you need to join will be following the instructions I lay out for you in the EBC thread. Follow them to the letter and submit your pics before the strike of midnight on 3/16. The plan is to open the entry pics at midnight 0000hrs on 3/14 and give close to 48hrs to submit your entry.
I’ll be posting a FAQ thread in the next week to give you all a chance to ask questions. Makwa and I will do our best to answer them as best as we can.
Trying to get fat af by 3/16! This is gonna be awesome.
.
That's a tight window but considering the growing pot it's understandable
The window for pics isn’t finalized but the last EBC had around 10 days or so of a window. That’s too big. Shrinking it down this time around. Final determination on that will be announced officially when we post the rules. That should be done by this time next week.
StevebDamn I thought you just one free gear
Won, but we had to change it.
I got a cousin named Juan. One Won Juan es lo mismo compa
RustyhookerMaybe i jump into this. Get the seniors a run for the prizes.
Not a bad idea, maybe a masters sub category...hmm.
RustyhookerMasters and subs....seen that video once. Haha
What’s up rusty
RustyhookerDude! Long time bro...hope life is good!
TryHarder007I’ll see you there big guy.. I’m making some moves around, convinced the wifey to let me buy a new deep freezer and stock it. It’s game time.
RustyhookerNice!! We definitely need a bigger freezer. You going to join up, kick ass?
TryHarder007Of course I am! I’m plotting everything tonight and getting stocked and ready. Time to send your ass to the retirement home lol
RustyhookerHahaha!! Learn wheelies in my wheelchair.
No better time than the present to hit that cutter you always been wanting to run. Put the kiddos in their place.
RustyhookerLast ebc cutter i did on was a good success for me. I got below 180 from an injury and looking like jabba the hut....but midget sized. Right now id drop from michelin man down. Haha.
As you see, this purse is worth the effort and it is still going to grow some. We will be over 10k total purse I believe.
RustyhookerNot even worried about placing. Just taunting the loud guys into this is worth it. Its like watching the game on tv and your team is down 45-21. Lol
14k as of now boss. Holy shit
Man too bad I’m in bulking mode!! Normally I’d be all over this cause i usually dona show in the summer. Bummer, good luck to everyone
Dude you gotta give the guys a chance Lol - You'd blitz it! So far you've got the best physique I've seen on here for me - proper mass...
Hell yeah so happy to see this.. I'm already at 7% but ends right after my first show so I should be really lean.. This is so great for the community and for us to be able to motivate each other further.. Plus great prize!
RivaInn, I might finally get the abs I never wanted lol
We had a couple sources step up big today. This may be our biggest and best EBC yet. There is some real prize money involved...
