BOOM ITS BULK TIME!!!! Here we go Boyz & Gurlz, its finally time to get big again! No more booty shorts and half shirts walking through the mall for Ed with 6 inch spikes thank God!
Its Ed day instead of groundhog day. Once he packs away all tapioca puddin and hail damage hanging out of his shorts and slidez on his leggings and flannel duck dynasty shirt we know we can BEGIN THE BIG EATS! Goofy phuker and his aimless walk around the food court blowing a duckcall with a mouth and pocket full of cordog 7's finest with mustard all through his beard and intertwining nose hair! Makes me wanna thrkw up in my pants just thinking about it!
OK we've put it off long enough, the idea is bulk folks. That does not mean pork up so you appear to be wearing cammo at walmart blending in with the fattest laziest country on earth. It means big lifts, big kitchen but might wanna leave the twinkiez for the people parking in wheelchair spotz driving electric carts who have actually eaten their way to a handicap sticker and type 2 diabetes!
So for me i roll dirty in the first half of one of these often then clean and big to finish but clean and big the whole ride is not a bad thought either. By dirty i mean i have been known to eat a tub of ckttahe cheese over a day with my big eats and yes maybe even an ocassional pizza with all meat topping convincing myself "its carbs and protein right?" Lmao....well honestly the big clean route is the way to go even if you end up with a few cheat meals in the first half of the rjde.
I might say look back through our success storiez in the bulk comps and maybe get with some of those people and take some advice. I can think of one right off. Our own Shrapnel put a hardcore beatdown on the competition and if I remember right pulled on over 40 lbs and it was a nice 40 too! I still remember all the tears and crying by the competition and theif coaches. It wasba sad day for sportsmanship! Lmao

AnonJust wanted to welcome back BigJohn to the EBC. Hope u took ur lickings like a man and learned from it.
Also in light of a certain happenings lately I have decided to put a topic on the table for discussion with Big and Tread. I am considering putting an age minimum requirement on the EBC. Though I do not believe that age is a direct certainty of maturity, I do have concerns about the health issues involved with running competition style cycles. I would like to hear everyone's input though in the end I can't assure you I will use your input in making my decision.
So let's here what you have to say and I will take what is said into consideration.
I would say the kinds of cycles should be taken into judging consideration like a dude running only test vs a guy running tren gh slin and superdrol at high doses. Thing of course is that people could lie about what they're taking. As far as age is concerned I don't think it should matter as long as they're over 18. If they're an adult they can do what they want with their bodies. This isn't a daycare center where we hold people's hands, if you're an adult you don't have to answer to mommy and daddy.
true but its pretty accepted that doing some of this stuff before you are 25 is damaging. i love this site because it informs, builds up and strengenths us. i would hate for anything on this site to contribute to the destruction of any human being over 18 or not

What the state decides is of no concern to me. Everyone here who purchases AAS has decided to ignore/violate state laws with regards to AAS purchase and use. We don't need to set an age there are people from all walks of life on this board all with different goals. Some want to become mass freaks, some want to be lean and aesthetic, some want to heal from injuries and some want a normal balance of hormones. Who are we to tell someone " you're too young to do this " maybe they don't care and are mature enough to decide for themselves. Maybe they've decided that they don't want to do the same things as everyone else. All of these top IFBB pros and guys on the Olympia stage most of them started AAS use in their teens and that was their choice ALL of them started before age 25 and they are the most successful bodybuilders in history. I just think if you MUST put an age then 18 would be appropriate because they are recognized as an adult. I don't think we should get on peoples case about living with parents especially in this down economy, people will do what it takes to save on costs.

Circumstances are different for all. I'm not talking about myself btw. I'm not some 30 year old living at home with his parents with no job and no life. But I also have friends and family who live at home past their 30s for a variety of reasons. Some good some not so good.
I guess we have different opinions of what this site is about. I feel its a community and as such requires each of us to look out for each other! If that means someone telling me I should adjust my doses many times I do!
If you don't like someone getting involved in your decisions don't take the advice. IMO there is no one size fits all appropriate age. If you make it 18, why not include girls at 16 because they are usually more advanced. Then there are those 8 year olds who know everything, why shouldn't they be allowed? They would probably just do oral cycles though, cause their still scared of needles!
i am kind of with you on this one. but its the nature of the beast. we all get the same opportunity here, i do see what youre saying, some members can afford to run cycles that some of us couldnt even imagine being able to run. i think some may consider this an unfair advantage, it may be, but if you want to play on an even playing field there is no way to verify what everyone is running, so the best advice i can say is save up buy everything you need to even that playing field. i wish i could run some of the stuff a few of the guys are running but financially its not an option for either, doesnt mean im not going to try. there is a lot more to getting to your goals than just gear
Agreed! Also, for the most part, the guys using the big stacks with all the trimmings are generally more advanced users with more advanced physiques who need those stacks to continually make progress.
Someone with a physique like phil, Gfit.... etc will likely not make a great tranformation with a simple 500mg/wk test cycle.

That way, new members may not know to lie about there age if they didn't know it was an issue. That would be a tough one though. ...just spit ballin here.
