EBC SPRING 2013 RECOMP!
This might be my favorite because it's a recomp and its the quickest way to actually look bigger and better and maybe lose weight! Goal here is pretty simple, get bigger in the right places and smaller in the wrong places, that's recomp...moving around weight essentially. 2 inches wider at the shoulders, popped the lats and dropped 2 belt sizes with bigger legs, you have a nice chance of placing.
While it will not be a rule, you will do yourself a big favor to use the same background and lighting in before and after poses. Judges can dock you points if its hard to get good read on the differences.
DO NOT PM ME asking for special considerations as to entry times close deadlines etc. We all have problems and the rules are very simple with plenty of warning. You make the cut or you don't we're all grown ups! Pic requests are specific and simple, get them right or you don't play.
All contestants will be judged by a judges panel and all prizes will be coordinated and awarded by an outside panel no affiliated with Eroids or Eroids members including staff, managment or owner. Distribution is then the sole responsibility of the source sponsor directly to participant.

My weight is stuck right around 230 but i swear I am getting leaner. I am trying a couple things with diet and excited to see how it goes. I will take some measurements this week but I swear my love handles are going down. FU love handles!!!
Don't let the scale lie to you! If your bringing up lean mass as quickly as your dropping bf the scale won't move. Calipers, measurements, the mirror, these things won't lie! LOL ;-P
BTW my weight varies close to 5 lbs daily due to hydration so always weigh at the same time. Just after morning constitutional before breakfast is best, because your empty.
thx bro. this is my first recomp so really locking down macros. Yeah I can be several lbs heavier or lighter the night before. I weight myself first thing in morning..after bathroom trip.

It's not always a 3/day ordeal brother and each workout on a 3day is only 1hr each.
1: Cardio (good way to start the day)
2: Triceps
3: Shoulders
On a normal day, I only get to do 2; cardio and a body part.
I normally don't eat carbs like this, but I am shrinking something fierce. Had to completely change the way I went about my calorie intake. Later on I'll update my protein/carb/calorie intake per day/week.
still wish i had time to hit two just cardio then 1 more weights and cardio. i dont cut fat very well unless my carbs are pretty reduced so lucky for you you can put them down.

When we left the gym Thursday after legs I was waddling like a pregnant woman.
Gosh damn it feel great being back in the gym, almost 3 months of no gym and all beer drinking made me weak and rusty, I started working out Monday and did legs and they have been sore as fuck up untill today thank lil baby Jesus, I was walking around as if I had a kilo of coke up my ass lol

Today's cardio: Washed 1-chihuahua after her 1-mile jog and then washed five cats after trimming their nails. Try it before saying it's not cardio!
This week's progress... down five pounds; could not be avoided. Seven meals a day with 15 egg whites, ed pins, double workouts, but one just can't shave eight inches off a waste line without giving up some mass all over. Still over 15-1/2 stone so no worries.
Almost completed a pull-up today, when I get those returning, the back can grow, then the weight comes back!
Traps coming out, same with calves. Arms are cutting out on both sides, no size loss there, the chest took the biggest hit.

I hear ya on the pull ups. They require so much muscle coordination. I neglected doing pull ups for years and really lifted heavy on back days. Now I can lift heavy but I struggle to do 5 pull ups... Ive been working on my pull ups at the end of my back day on the assisted machine lol.
shirlsguylast time I even made 1 was at about 14-stone... if I can get them back at 16-stone... that would be the ticket... looks like I'll have to get my 16-stone back to do that now.
Killed legs today. I cut carbs back 6 days per week anywhere from 150-200g and 1 day I go to about 300g and so far short term it seems to be working well. I had a nice whoosh and lost 3 lbs this week after staying the same for a bit. I am seeing changes almost daily which is nice.

How many chickens are sacrificed during an ebc?
well not sure but at my average 1.5 breasts a day in my lunch box that is 126 beasts in 12 weeks. hmmm thats on the low end....may double some days for when i get home.
lets not forget all the chickens that didnt make it to chickenhood ie eggs/egg whites.
