EBC SPRING 2013 RECOMP!
This might be my favorite because it's a recomp and its the quickest way to actually look bigger and better and maybe lose weight! Goal here is pretty simple, get bigger in the right places and smaller in the wrong places, that's recomp...moving around weight essentially. 2 inches wider at the shoulders, popped the lats and dropped 2 belt sizes with bigger legs, you have a nice chance of placing.
While it will not be a rule, you will do yourself a big favor to use the same background and lighting in before and after poses. Judges can dock you points if its hard to get good read on the differences.
DO NOT PM ME asking for special considerations as to entry times close deadlines etc. We all have problems and the rules are very simple with plenty of warning. You make the cut or you don't we're all grown ups! Pic requests are specific and simple, get them right or you don't play.
All contestants will be judged by a judges panel and all prizes will be coordinated and awarded by an outside panel no affiliated with Eroids or Eroids members including staff, managment or owner. Distribution is then the sole responsibility of the source sponsor directly to participant.

A little assistance please. I once had a site calculator that would break down my daily calorie intake for me, but I don't have it on this computer.
Basically, I would enter my age, weight...yada, yada, yada...and it would tell break down how many grams of protein, carbs and fats I needed to consume on a daily basis.

shirlsguyMeister, this is the sad thing about the regulation of our sporting interests, we all become guinea pigs at some point. Fact is, very few doctors or gp's sit us down and say, "this is how it is done, and this is how to stay safe." Sooner or later, we all choose a course of action and outside of TRT, we just don't get true medical support. Some people get it, they are few and fortunate.
No matter how many articles we read, there are going to be supporting and dissenting opinions. Nothing makes me cringe like reading a post about how xyz is shooting abc grams of compound x without any ancilliaries for so many years... and I wonder how many of us get totally screwed up because that was the first input we read.
It's cool to have support like above, but at the end of the day, we end up looking over posted photos of members and picking a build we like. We check out their program and away we go. Congrats on being one of the builds that I respect, thus the long replies.
In response to keeping it safe, I have my blood test scheduled, and yes, the doctor is going to look at me like, WTF are you doing? I will just tell him like I always have told everyone, this is me. I go to my doctor to see that I am in good health.
Maybe, in closing, that is why I tout my sponsor so much... I feel very secure about my choices. Brother, I take it very seriously when I read warnings like yours, I have not only found great posts like yours, but I have found some really sad cases too. From people with bunk AI's to people with bunk advice. Still, I just can't walk through life scared.
Brother! You will always find people that are going to shoot you down for decisions that you make about your life and your body. In this case...I am not going to be that guy. I too am on TRT and I too have grandchildren.
