EBC SPRING 2013 RECOMP!
This might be my favorite because it's a recomp and its the quickest way to actually look bigger and better and maybe lose weight! Goal here is pretty simple, get bigger in the right places and smaller in the wrong places, that's recomp...moving around weight essentially. 2 inches wider at the shoulders, popped the lats and dropped 2 belt sizes with bigger legs, you have a nice chance of placing.
While it will not be a rule, you will do yourself a big favor to use the same background and lighting in before and after poses. Judges can dock you points if its hard to get good read on the differences.
DO NOT PM ME asking for special considerations as to entry times close deadlines etc. We all have problems and the rules are very simple with plenty of warning. You make the cut or you don't we're all grown ups! Pic requests are specific and simple, get them right or you don't play.
All contestants will be judged by a judges panel and all prizes will be coordinated and awarded by an outside panel no affiliated with Eroids or Eroids members including staff, managment or owner. Distribution is then the sole responsibility of the source sponsor directly to participant.
LET'S GET TO IT, LEAVE IT ALL ON THE FIELD BOYZ AND GIRLZ AND MAKE OUR COMMUNITY AND SPONSORS PROUD.

phil113kgEasy fellas. This is always the hardest part of the EBC which is the waiting. Every EBC has some sort of drama at the end but once the results are inn then all will be back to normal. Good luck to all.
shirlsguyIt's killing me phil...I
C'mon Summer EBC!!!
ha man your gas
any ideas what its gonna be ? or you prob dont give a f**k :))
As long as its a competition I'm in there! LOL ;-P
If the goal is NPC contest shape, thick and cut all the better. If I finish 10-15lbs heavier than the last contest with the same bf I'll be happy. I'm up 7lbs from my last start with lower bf and more vascular, so I feel I have a good chance at hitting those goals.
Judging by the pattern it looks like a bulker but if for some reason they change it up from this year and did a cutter I will be in for sure, I am getting chubby, lol, wouldn't mind getting shredded soon, I am hoping still that it will be a cutter
The Fall\Winter was a cutter but with an emphasis on Re-Comp and this Spring was just all out Re-comp. So maybe the next one will be a Re-comp with an emphasis on Re-comp!
shirlsguyedit
im letting myself get flat for the next one, but i feel like theres no telling when its gunna start. i dont wanna piss away too much muscle...
shirlsguyedit
god damn if every BB tournement took this long itd be more boring than golf!
This weekend should move things along, after the
AKA, Memorial Day Barbecue Weekend at Tread's place! Where whoever "rides the goat" longest gets to pic the winners! LOL ;-P
LOL :-)
phil113kgWho's the goat? lol
I guess you haven't visited the man cave forum! Poor Goats! LOL ;-P

Still no verdict? wow, but hey, at least you know the judges are putting a lot of effort into making their decisions

HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY TO ALL!!!
God Bless those that served and died for the freedoms that we have. Bless the families of those soldiers for allowing them to serve a country in which all can be free.
Double Post: My Bad
shirlsguyThank you to all who put with my alcohol induced tren rage but I do want to say that I am still alive... and so grateful for... just thankful. Happpy Memorial Day like Mesiter says... but I am still really spiked. so I'm going off line, but I'm still alive. Thank you everyone who pm'd me and for all who put up with me.....
.... but..... yeah... arrogant asshole that I am... I'm coming on like you guys never have seen! I'm still a natti man and I have ten years of natti muscle.... I'm going to put it up soon.
Be safe Brother...be safe!
Don't take that perfect bloodwork you got back after that heavy cycle for granted and throw it down the crapper bro.
shirlsguyThank you... it is time for me to really grow up a lot....
man its quiet in here! hows everyone doing? everyone on track? set new goals? just because the ebc is over doesnt mean let up, hope everone is still hitting it hard
what up man!!
Cutting man...trying to keep my mind from thinking how fucking hungry I am
Damn I know how that goes! I made the mistake of trying clen this time around during ebc and all it did was make me hungry!!!!
bulking now =)
clen kills my appetite but makes my bp go thru the roof. screw you and your bulk lol
cutters like clen, anadrol and dnp make my appetite through the roof!!! and bulking steroids like deca or anavar make my appetite zero!
lol when I try to bulk i have no appetite and when I try to cut I have cravings 24/7 lol.
I should try adding clen during a bulk ahah
Im nerves about this thing it just needs to be.done so i can stop always coming in here lol but im up another ten pounds im looking alot bigger then my after pictures loving how im growing im prob the biggest i.have ever been in my life right now
Try not to sweat it, you are jacked an cut now...what more do you need!
Thanks brotha ! I.just want to place i guess but hopefully this is all over next week
phil113kgCan someone tell me how close we are from wrapping this thing up?
tread-m8 judges currently hold your fate, we wait the answers as they come in. Their deadline in Friday 5 PM cst (US) but I have told them all more time will be allowed if neede so we do not rush them and they can get it right. A lot of contestants and 5 categories so an enormous amount of work to be done.
If all goes well we will have our top 10 by the weekend sometime.
Thanks for the info, didnt realize there are 5 categories.
I think he is referring to the five seperate pictures we took (the sixth was a USA today shot)
pretty sure he was right with categories. like size gain, symmetry, background, ect categories....
oooo ok gotchya, ya I misinterpreted that.
Oh ok
phil113kgThanks Tread, just wondering. No sweat. Got a lot of other pans on the burner now and the thought of this contest passed my mind.
So the Summer EBC pics are due by next Sunday?!?!?! LOL ;-P
intresting to see what its gonna be
shirlsguyGood morning from a sober shirlsguy. Just now re-loading the stomach... could not eat but soup for day and half. "Experience may be the best teacher, but it cost too much" Had to really make a promise to myself for no more slips with the alcohol or remaining gear gets donated to a worthy cause. The wife called me gorgeous today... that has been a long time....so I already really completed my routine. No need for alcohol with compliments like that one.
Anyhow, the sons are putting on their swimming costumes and we're having a day out at the gym...children get to workout on the fitness machines next to the free weights. sons are stoked. Weights, fitness machines, swimming... all around good time ahead.
Welcome all! And thank you again!
angusBeaker, have you been driking out of the test tubes again? what do you mean thank you? Nice to see you in here though. You provide a great service to the community.
cannot wait for the next one. This place is crazy with the contest giveaways. f'n awesome
i wouldn't call it a giveaway bro. more of a "reward" to the winners. meaning you gotta bring yo A game and earn those top spots. u ready for that next one?! good, cause ill need more competition ;)
yeah give away is kind of insulting lol everyone worked their asses off!!
toughest "giveaway" I have ever been a part of.
I love these "Giveaways" too!
I didn't even compete in this one, and I won a tight, trim, muscular, sexy wife! Yeah Baby!
Can't wait to see what I win in the next EBC!!! LOL ;-P
Congratulations to everyone who already collected your winnings of a better YOU! Keep after what you want!
