Ordered from here a few months ago. The buying process was detailed and accurate to follow up. As a customer i was informed about covid delays for shipment, but it still reached me well before the outer limits they had suggested. The product i ordered turned turned out to be legit and well dosed.

Been with Basicstero for 7 years, they have always been so so at communication but who cares cause I always got my gear, placed an order over a month ago and after recieving a non working tracking number (and waiting 3 weeks anyways) I contacted them just to get “it’s shipped, just wait, covid.” It’s now been 2 more weeks, the site is now “kinda” down and when I get thru it now sais I have no account there under the same name I’ve used for 7 years (I have years of order confirmations and emails to show this) and what makes me sure there scamming now is that I haven’t gotten a reply in weeks to my emails regarding all of this.

i have used these guys before and they have always delivered but its also been 2 years from my last order, i recently put in an order and im used to these guys getting a tracking number for me immediately or at least an email and i have received neither, any emails i send go un answered and that is something i can say hasn't changed at all, they have had poor communication in the past and i was hoping that had gotten better

+ 1Have been waiting 3 months now and they even said they reshipped after the package was lost. I doubt it will arrive as the new tracking number has no data about it and it has been 3 weeks. I have had replies from them before but each includes excuses like COVID and the like. I'm patient but even camel caravan express can deliver faster. I would seek out another source at this time.

on May 13, 2021 I paid 308 $.
on May 14, 2021, you confirmed the payment.
Today is 25. 5. 2021 and they haven't sent me a tracking number yet.
I have written to them several times about sending the tracking number of the shipment.
When I wrote for the second time, they wrote to me that they were updating the tracking number and sending it - unfortunately they didn't send it.
When I urged them for the third time, they no longer react - they do not communicate.
I expected better communication and behavior from this seller.
Simply tracking the shipment must be crucial - I sent them $ 308 and I don't know anything about the shipment.
I have reason to believe that they have not yet sent the shipment.
Or why can't they send me a tracking number?
If they correct their behavior, I will update here and write everything.
I am now at a stage that I am disappointed with and cannot recommend buying from them.

Terrible service, I placed an order in February and it's may and still haven't received the order. They keep saying item was lost, then said they reshipped the order but never send a tracking number then comes saying they posted tracking numbers on their comments here and then replies to my email saying "we still don't have any tracking info yet".
What I don't get if they shipped why no tracking info or item? Been over 3 months.... but yet again people that had purchased last month are receiving their order regular time frame... clearly they stole my money and not trying to reship item. Unacceptable!

I have been getting my stuff from some questionable sources and labs in the past, with the exception of my TRT, and I despise having to worry and constantly test my stuff to ensure its not mislabeled or under dosed, which a lot of the time it is mislabeled. I decided to take a chance with pharmacom as i have herd good things about this lab. I'm so happy I took a chance with them. I figured I would order some test and var, if the var is good to go than everything most likely is good to go. After a week i can say that it is indeed real and I'm very pleased with the quality, even the packaging is some of the best I have seen. Now i have a place where i can order with confidence and not have to worry about what i am getting.

Excellent and safe packaging, personally very few parcels have been seized. Almost always received, otherwise it is always sent back but with excellent protection
I am happy that there is such a reliable brand over time, I would really like to have a stock for 10 years, so as to avoid bad brands and use your great products always haha

+ 1It is the second review that I put to this source, in my first shipment the winstrol was leaking, I was communicating the batch number and the problem, they told me that they would forward the producer to me, well ... Today I received the product but again They sent me the same Batch Nr: PHSO00002LV, if you have this number in your winstrol from this laboratory, check it because they come with leaks and the rubber "broken", the 3 vials that they sent me were the same Batch Nr as the previous ones and they had The same problem, I think they should remove those lots from circulation now, I don't feel confident seeing the vials like this, I'm not going to use them since one of them is also crystallized and I don't think they are well sterilized with the leaks. I wait for a response from the source and for these batches to disappear.
EDIT After contacting the source and talking with them, we finished that they put the credit of the vials in my account for the next order that I made, for the moment fine, I hope that next time there will be no problems.

Terrible service, I placed an order in February and it's may and still haven't received the order. Hello, I ordered HGH for my friend in 22/Feb, but the tracking number did not change since I got them. I ask numerous times about the package, and the customer service said the "postal service has not replied yet.We sent a repeat request just now" in 23/April. After that I sent two email to ask in 30/April and 5/May, but do not get any reply now. I saw your website said email is not working, and I am not sure whether it is solved.
I just hope to mention that the address need to change if the order need to reship, because my friend will move to other place in June or July.

I ordered from the international store. I know shipping is delayed with the COVID situation. But it took 2 months to even get a tracking number. Worst of all when I looked up my package it had been bouncing around the country for the past month because of "Insufficient Address " error.
I had to go to my local post office to get more info. Apparently the shipper left out my building number and only wrote a part of the street number on the label. Since it had been so long ago they do not know what mailbox they left it in.
I am still waiting for a response from them. At best maybe they will reship and I will wait another 2 months. Or worst case scenario I am out of my money. I suppose this is just the price of doing this kind of business.
UPDATE: I received a reply giving me a runaround. I never received the package because the shipper labelled the address incorrectly. I will keep updating if they reship or if I get my package. But I am not holding my breath.

If the shipper did not send it to a wrong address it would have been very fast considering the COVID situation. Or if they sent tracking on time maybe I could have tracked it down on my own.
Have ordered from domestic warehouse many times over the last 4 years. Decided to give the int warehouse a try cause I wanted to get some other things that domestic didn’t have. Initial communication was good. Received tracking number . After a month it said it was in California at the shipping partner that basicstero uses. I asked why it’s not moving they said the shipping partner is working on shipping . Was told I’d receive in a week. That week goes by. About 2 months go by and never gets past shipping partner. I message basicstero and they tell me they are going to have it resent . Then another month goes by. And now no communication. Every now and again they said me a copy and past response that i will get a tracking number tomorrow.
I would not trust the international warehouse. As they have not sent me anything. Or offer to compensate for making me wait wait this long. Ordered in January.
