We also have a start date for you competitors. Final deadline for entry pics is September 7th 2014 @ 11:59pm PST. Final deadline for final pics is November 30th @ 11:59pm PST.
Thats 11wks away folks. So get your battle plans lined out. Diet needs to be fine tuned and hard wired. Get your gear game right and your support groups ready. You'll need every facet of competition gone over and over so that way when it's time to hit the Arena floor you are ready to mark your mark!

AnonIt's pretty easy bro. State your goal. Achieve your goal better than everyone else and you'll win. I'm simplifying the judging criteria. Making it easier then ever. You will be judged individually based on how well you achieved your specific goal.

Choice of what you do is entirely yours mate. As a free for all, it leaves all of you to work towards your own personal goals without restriction whilst competing in the ebc.

i am prob going to need to recomp with more of an emphasis on a cut cause frankly the diet is poop this summer which i figured it would be but the time with the family is priceless.

zschlitz1Alright like I said running exclusively TAS gear for this fall ebc. My reciple for success is sust/eq/Decca. But the gear is just a tool boys.Is 75% hard work and diet and the gear gets you to 150% lol going to count macros for this one. Getting a digital scale. Let's just say I'm going to win lol
