In 2008 i fractured my back in two places and herniated 5 discs in my back for two years i fought to stay working out but all the meds the doctors had me on brought me down. I got myself off all the shit and back at the gym now, 8 weeks this past monday!! I held onto some of my size considering i hadn't lifted a weight in two years.....a recomp is in order. I will be dropping my bf% by double digits while adding another ten pounds of lean mass and i want my 211/2" bis back and ima gonna getum. Im disappointed in my pics. i need to learn muscle control all over again, the hand on the hip MM pose is tough. Anyway good luck to everyone and no matter where you place in this if you reach a personal best or achieve your personal goals by the end youve already won.......blood, sweat, and tears motherfuckers!!!!
