Summer EBC Free For All 2013
HERE WE GO ! The summer free for all will be just that, a free for all and you will get to choose what your goal will be.
I will say this, it would be smart to use a standard goal such as recomp, cutter, bulker, stage ready etc etc etc. To just make up a goal that's not something standard might actually confuse a judge or all judges in that nothing to compare it to, nothing to reflect on. Stick to standard goals in fitness/ body building and it will serve you well.
Follow the compettion rules, give me 5 of the poses below with one extra pic containing the USA Today (6 pics total).
Give me a brief yet precise description of your cycle and goal and then BOOM, GET TO WORK!!!
- Opening pics deadline will be July 5th, 2013 at midnight CST
- Closing pics must be identical to opening and deadline is September 15th, 2013 CST.

I think that is the lowest scumbag move on the planet if anyone ever does something like that. I CERTAINLY WOULD NEVER EVER DO THAT.
As for the stretch marks I still have the same amount as before, I only tanned the last ten days and was real burnt a few days before the shots and it always covers my stretch marks or blends them in very nice. As for acne I clear up on my diet cause I am on no carbs and barely ate, 1500 calories per day, I never get acne, I only had them before because I was eating a lot of junk food before starting my diet.
I guess I will take this as a compliment. I did post a pic of a most muscular in between through my transition.

I first looked at EBC as a competition that allowed you the opportunity to get free gear.
I now see it as a competition where others assist others to reach goals. A place that allows you to meet individuals with common goals to share knowledge and strengthen bonds. A place where everyone that puts the time in, physically and on the board...WINS!
I had the pleasure of meeting some great people on the last EBC and more on this one.
That is what I have grown to love about the EBC.

Question:
I look better today than I did when I took the final pics ,but wonder if it's because I have not worked out yet today.
On the first EBC, I took my photos "Cold": no workout.
This EBC, I took my photos after spending about 3 hours in the gym: killed it.
NOW FOR THE QUESTION PART:
What is the correct way to prep for taking the final photos?
IMO, that depends on your goal. Man, I'm giving away all my secrets! LOL ;-P
For cutter\detail, little to no pump is how I do it. If I get a pump there is no definition just more size.
Most recommend for a show, light pump and don't pump legs!

You're not missing anything. I smoked almost everyday for 20 years. I quit smoking and drinking and havent done either for over 3 years now. Working out and gets me a euphoria thats better than drugs.
