Summer EBC Free For All 2013
HERE WE GO ! The summer free for all will be just that, a free for all and you will get to choose what your goal will be.
I will say this, it would be smart to use a standard goal such as recomp, cutter, bulker, stage ready etc etc etc. To just make up a goal that's not something standard might actually confuse a judge or all judges in that nothing to compare it to, nothing to reflect on. Stick to standard goals in fitness/ body building and it will serve you well.
Follow the compettion rules, give me 5 of the poses below with one extra pic containing the USA Today (6 pics total).
Give me a brief yet precise description of your cycle and goal and then BOOM, GET TO WORK!!!
- Opening pics deadline will be July 5th, 2013 at midnight CST
- Closing pics must be identical to opening and deadline is September 15th, 2013 CST.

I switched to some caber i had on hand from a research liquid I was using yesterday, hopefully it goes away in a week or two.
I've been wondering why I've been feeling off lately too, guess I know now.
Ive heard some of the liquids can lose potency with time & temp fluctuations.
Should be ok with caber.

angusI don't mind telling you that there's not a research company around that has correctly dosed, legitimate Caber. I've tried the biggest names on this site and kept checking my prolactin......it's all bunk or underdosed. My suggestion to you is prami if you insist on a research company, brutal shit but very effective. Other than that only buy your caber with a pharma name on it. Its just not worth the gamble IMO.

At this point in time I would pay 1 grand for a cheat meal but my schedule and blue print can not be compromised, these are my rules, I am cramming 16 weeks of contest prep into 10, so there is no room for error and time is ticking.

Looks like half way point how's everyone doin had a weak day yesterday.... hot fudge sunday double fudge pizza and couple Gatorade s stomach all fuct up today but damn all that sugar was yummy

Started at 216 with no abs. Sitting at 221 with veins on abs:) Bring it brother!
My weight has stayed about the same 210 but body fat % went down 3-4%
Dam bro, I would die to eat that, I am in hell, 1500 calories a day an hour and a half in the gym plus 1 hour of cardio. Everyday yields enormous hunger pains, anxiety, emotions, sadness, I am a wreck. Each day feels like a week, that is how slow time is going for me.
I have literally ate to the point of puking tonight at work. When I get off and home I still have another meal. That's 10 meals in 14 hours. All whole food. No shakes. Monday is the start of my EBC/show run. I will create a cycle log and hopefully remember to update as I go. Hope everyone has an amazing and fantastic day! I am pulling for each and every one of you guys and girls! We are all winners!
I had 15 plates of Sushi at a Sushi Train last night, 2000 Yen ($20) LOL ;-P

There is a new all you can eat sushi place in my area thats awsome, each table has an iPad that you use and it sends your orders to the kitchen.... they wanted to take my iPad away last time I was there lol.
